For future experiences detailed directions on how the key box opens would be very helpful. We didn't understand the box would open and expected the lock to open which delayed our check in.The house was more than what we expected. Plenty of room, seating, cleaning supplies, and linens. We were surprised that there were only 2 plates for a location advertised for up to 10. We appreciated all the extra toiletries and towels.We would have appreciated directions for check out to have arrived first thing in the morning. I was late for our event cleaning up and collecting the linens and garbage per requested. We were happy to comply just would have valued that info long before we would be checking out. If in the area we would utilize this space again.

The plates are located in the utensil cabinet—there are over 20 available, which may have been missed.The lockbox is a standard model that opens when the code is entered, but I’ll add clearer instructions to avoid confusion in the future.Checkout instructions are sent in advance; however, I’ll work on making them clearer and earlier for guests with early departures.Glad you enjoyed the home, and thank you for taking care of it.
