While this listing is new on VRBO, we have 5 stars on A*rbnb with reviews starting in 2017.

About the place:
2nd, 3rd, and Roof Top levels of converted DC row house. Private entry at street level, one flight of stairs to main (2nd) floor. Open concept living / dining / gourmet kitchen with gas fireplace. 1,000 sq ft private roof deck with hot tub, furniture, fireplace, and outdoor kitchen with gas grill.

All 3 bedrooms have full en suite baths with a half bath in the great room.

Master bedroom has king-size bed with memory foam mattress. First floor bedroom has a queen with memory foam mattress. Second floor bedroom includes two extra long twin beds that can be together to make a king, and one sofa bed with foam mattress topper available.

Public parking is available on all neighborhood streets, but some times are prohibited so please check signs! Inquire about parking pass options.
