One of our most popular mountainside vacation homes overlooking Salt Lake City. Located 10 minutes to Little Cottonwood Canyon for you to enjoy Snowbird and Alta resorts.

Perched high on South Mountain near Corner Canyon is this family-favorite getaway. Great Stay in the Hills of Draper

My family and I (party of 9) enjoyed a fun annual family reunion at this property. We skied at resorts in both canyons and appreciated the proximity of the home to the skiing (30 to 45 minutes on clear roads) and to the services in Draper. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the reservation and check-in process was excellent. Great communication!The kitchen is well-appointed with most everything one needs for making meals. There are 3.5 bathrooms total, including the one in the master bedroom. I'm not sure that this set-up would be comfortable for a party much larger than ours, but it worked for us. The media room is fun, as is the game room with the pool table. Generally speaking, the house is in OK shape considering it's a vacation property for large parties. FYI: We had to supply additional paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. There was no recycling can which was disappointing and the rail on the upper deck is not entirely stable. As described, the hot tub is in the garage. It would be nicer outside (the house has a great view), but it was hot and clean. Fun times were had.

The shelves of the refrigerator were broke. The property should have 2 refrigerators not 1 for feeding a group of 20. The stove top did not work adequately and I had to buy an electric skillet to aid in cooking meals. The dryer worked, but the dryer door was loose and temperamental. Overall my family enjoyed the property and the location.

Beware

The house was advertised as being able to sleep 20 but the bedding for all the beds was dirty laying near the laundry room with all of the towels. The property manager did find someone to come out to make the beds and we finally had a place to sleep at midnight. I did have to find other accommodations for my guests and the property manager did not feel that this was worthy of a partial refund . When trying to communicate with them, they will ghost you.

Great stay in draper

This house worked great for our large group. It was well equipped, had lots of space and an amazing view from the three balconies. The queen and king beds were also very comfortable! Would stay again.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location and view were amazing! All of the really important boxes were checked: nice neighborhood setting, plenty of room, the kids had fun with the pool table and movie theater, and the beds were very comfortable. A few minor issues: the kitchen stove wasn't the best (took forever for a pot of water to boil), the cable wasn't working and the property manager was slow to respond and didn't help resolve the issue, and the railing on the back deck seemed super flimsy, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be for someone with young kids.

Fantastic house for large family gathering

We had a great extended family stay. The house was clean and roomy. Views were beautiful. Plenty of beds and bedding. Well stocked kitchen. No major issues.

Beautiful Home with Something For Everyone!

We took a trip to Utah to see our adult children for Christmas. We stayed in this home so that we could all spend some extended time together. It is located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The home was big yet cozy, beautifully furnished and met all of our needs. Cooking in the large kitchen was wonderful and the open floor plan in that area provided a place where we could cook, talk and laugh together. There was enough room in the home to have a quiet moment while others were watching TV or playing games. The beds and linens were beautiful as well comfortable. The views both daytime and in the evening are absolutely stunning. The pool table and theater room were icing on the cake. Thank you for providing a home that created a fun and meaningful Christmas!

Clean and Comforatble - BREATHTAKING VIEWS!

Worked very well for our large extended family as we gathered for a wedding. The hills in the subdivision might be a challenge in icy / snowy weather, so come prepared and drive carefully. The views are absolutely stunning! Everything you need is close by in draper. Highly recommend Penny Ann's Cafe for breakfast, but be prepared to put in your name early or wait; while worth it, it's always very busy.

The instruction to get into the home was a little confusing, but the back door was unlocked and the alarm was off. It would be nice if there was a full bathroom on the main floor. They also need handrails going into the basement. I am elderly and did not dare go downstairs. We called about the ice and water in the fridge did not work and we did not hear back about coming to fix it. There was also a toilet handle that was not working right, which did not get fixed. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The home is big, but very distributed, like downstairs has only one bathroom and it’s inside a bedroom and there’s 3 bedrooms downstairs so the other 2 bedrooms need to go upstairs to the bathroom and knock on the bedroom to use it. There was many light bulbs out around the home. Over all it’s in a great location and the home is beautiful.

Spacious home with spectacular views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled from three states for a weekend wedding. The home was perfect for spreading out with it's three different living room areas. Though well used, the furnishings were clean and the linens in great shape. The only cleanliness issue was it appeared not to have been dusted for a while. There were a couple of differences in the instructions and what we actually found. The instructions said to turn off the alarm pad when entering the home, we tried over and over and could not do that. We finally ignored it and nothing happened. The instructions also said to use your email address for the Wifi, but a different password was listed on the wall which worked. The other thing was a chirping smoke alarm. We did our best with the parking, trying to fit the cars into the garage and driveway without spilling out into the street, perhaps directions to a public parking place would help? Despite the minor inconveniences, we loved the home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious home with unbelievable views!

Family time

We had 21 of us staying at this location. It was our mothers 76 birthday. It was the perfect house for us. The kids loved the theater room, everyone loved the pool table and we loved the view of the SLC valley.

Great House!

The house has amazing views and lots of room for big groups to spread out. Comfortable beds, clean space, and good communication. The hot tub is in the garage, which is a bit strange, and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are en-suite, making the bathroom situation for a big group a bit challenging. We also ran out of hot water if too many people took showers consecutively. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would come back.
