Nestled in between Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon, our luxurious 4Bed/3.5Bath includes a hot tub, game room, indoor gas fireplace, ski boot dryer, a completely updated granite kitchen w/ an island, a dedicated office/work space w/ monitors, a printer, & fast wifi. Venturing into the game room you`ll find it houses a pool/ping pong table, smart TV & a Pac-Man arcade w/ an extensive list of additional games to play. Master king bedroom comes w/ an en-suite bathroom & a jetted tub & all 3 full baths have 2 sinks!

Walking in through the front door you`ll have the option to go straight into the cozy living room, left into the well appointed luxury kitchen, or upstairs to the top three bedrooms, which includes the master with the en-suite bathroom and jetted tub. Through the living room or kitchen brings you into the dining room which includes a view of the hillside. The door from the dining room leads to the back patio. The door across from the kitchen island will lead you downstairs into the game room which includes the pool/ping pong table, arcade and smart TV. The fourth bedroom and third full bathroom is downstairs as well. The main floor includes the half bath and the second full bath is in the upstairs hallway. Come enjoy our luxury mountain home!

Central to nature acticities

We came for the outdoor activities and found the condo to be central to all the places we wanted to see. It was quiet, comfortable and had all we needed. Great mgmt communication. And check out was a breeze and not burdensome. Would stay again.

Golf Outing Hub

Our golf group planned a trip to see some of Utah's awesome courses and found this spot as a good central hub. It worked out great with plenty of room, a nice quiet neighborhood, and a hot tub to soak away the sore muscles and poor gameplay. Would recommend, a great location with good proximity to almost anything without drowning in city noise or traffic.

Great location

Property was clean and as advertised. Three large bedrooms, two additional roll-away beds. Upstairs office room has couch, with pullout bed. Spacious. Nice hot tub. Pool table and game room were a hit with the kids. Drew was fantastic with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall, fit our family’s needs well and would book again.

Great home!

We had a very nice stay in this canyon condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had good communication with the owner and felt right at home. A fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. The location was minutes from the canyons and from the interstates, super convenient to getting around the valley. Would definitely stay again.

Family getaway

House was well appointed with a great location. However it needed a thorough cleaning, inside and out. It also needed some handyman attention inside (oven door fell apart when opened, kitchen faucet handle loose, dishwasher lower rack hard to roll in and out). This could be a very nice place if more attention to detail was offered.

Family visit and hiking.

Good amount of kitchen ware, towels and blankets. Hot tub was very nice after a day of hiking. Drew was responsive to a few of my questions and unlike some stays required next to nothing in check out requirements. Comfortable and relaxing.

This home was perfect for our group and had everything you would need for a fun family trip including a great hot tub to soak in after a day of skiing and plenty of space to spread out.

Spacious home, great host

We had a group stay for a ski trip as we were hitting multiple spots in the area. Great access to Big Cottonwood (and just a bit farther to little). Just a couple minute ride to the bus stop a the mouth of the canyon, or an easy drive all the way there. Easy access to shopping, gas, restaurants, etc. Note: the garage is very tight for trucks/minivans so you may need to park in the driveway (no street parking). Home is spacious and fun. Pool/ping pong table and arcade downstairs were a nice touch. The hot tub is nicely maintained and right outside the patio door. Good sized kitchen and plenty of room at the table for dinners. Rooms were very nice and spacious, however do be aware of the space available in the office/4th room as the second twin/cot won't fit in there. Depending on your group dynamics, the other person may need to go in one of the larger upstairs room. Similar on the twin/cot available for the basement bedroom (we used the floor in the game room but it was tight). The host was wonderful in his communication and responsiveness, even offering to go above and beyond to get us something he thought was available in the home but wasn't. Very appreciated!

Well located and very comfortable. Easy access to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and all the resorts. Plenty of activities and restaurants in the area for after skiing. Would definitely go back for another stay.

Utah Family Stay

Things we face when we arrived, blanket in the guest room was dirty. Did not watched TV 3 days we stayed, could not operate or work. Refrigerator doesn't mention,..dispense water or Ice. This is my Hones opinion!

Great Family vacation

Very spacious unit for our family of five. It had comfy beds and huge bathrooms with a fun playroom and hot tub. Drew and Lea were fabulous to work with and we enjoyed our family time!

Easy Access and comfortable

Clean house, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen; Close access to Alta and Solitude; also close to groceries, coffee shops. Property manager was very easy to communicate with.

Nice place, but not as big as described

Nice house but looks bigger in pictures. We enjoyed our stay, but the house was pretty tight for 5 adults. This is really a 3 bedroom house. One of the bedrooms has only a pull out couch and a cot in the closet. A pull out couch and a cot does not constitute a bedroom for a 50 year old man. One of our friends had to sleep on a cot in the walk in the closet of one of the bedrooms. Pull out couches and cots should be noted and considered a bonus. It is disappointing to show up and have what was described as a bed be a cot or a pull out couch. We enjoyed the pool table, video games and hot tub. Overall the place was nice, but it was disappointing to show up and not have a real bed for each individual in our group. You just don’t want to spend 4 nights on a cot or pull out sofa bed after a long day of skiing at 51 years old.

Great well equipped and spacious house

We selected the house for its great location at the entrance of the canyon, proximity to stores and SLC airport, nice open spaces in the house and hot tub, and we were not disappointed. Had a great time with 8 guys skiing at Snowbird and Alta! We found the house to be super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the hot tub perfect for the after ski! Recommended without hesitation.

Clean, Comfortable and Close to Cottonwood Canyons

This condo/townhouse was perfect for our trip to Alta/Snowbird. It was set-back in a quiet neighborhood and about 20 minutes, with moderate traffic, to either resort…which is about as close as you can get in this home category unless you stay at the resorts. The condo was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. There were three of us and we each had our own bedroom. One bedroom upstairs only had a double pullout couch but we didn’t need it since the ensuite basement bedroom was very comfortable. The garage fit a large SUV. The property manager provided good instructions and was very responsive. We had a great stay.
