This unique apartment is on the top floor of a modern barn which is situated on a historic property in Ephraim, sharing the half-acre property with an 1880's house and 1860's pioneer cabin. In the barn apartment, there is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and large room which doubles as a living and sleeping area where there is one queen bed and one twin day bed with a trundle bed option.

We are located just a block from Ephraim’s charming Pioneer Park, two blocks from the historic Ephraim Granary and Co-Op buildings, a half mile from Snow College, and within walking distance of Main Street’s restaurants (we recommend Harvest Grill and Roy’s Pizza), Towne movie theatre, and shops (pop in Happy Camper if you like vintage finds). Also check out the beautiful Carnegie Public Library with a children’s playground behind. Ephraim is situated between Spring City (the whole town is on the National Register of Historic Places) and Manti, home of the beautiful pioneer-era Manti temple. Beautiful Ephraim Canyon is about a ten minute drive, where there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking. Just a few minutes drive to Walmart, Sno Cap Lanes, and two movie theatres. Basin Drive-in Theater and Mumma’s Sauna Village are also recommended spots in Mt Pleasant, fifteen or so minutes north.
