I run the City Concierge in town so if you need something special, just ask. Some people think of Mammoth as a winter resort, others think summer. Mammoth is a 4 season resort with a spectacular autumn and beautiful spring days. Come on up and I can help you plan lots of activities. Additionally, if you need multiple units and would all like to stay in our complex together, or near to your friends, I can help you set that up. It is what I do all day long!
Why Jefferson chose Mammoth Lakes
Location, location, location. While many think that 'ski in out' is ideal, the Mammoth town and village are away from the slopes. So being in town means everything is really close by. You can park your car at the home, take free bus transportation everywhere or just use your feet. You can run down the street if you forget milk, or join your other friends at a restaurant or bar and stumble home ;-) In the summer, you can load your mountain bike on the shuttle and head up to the mountain bike park. Now that is location! The green line bus which goes direct to the slopes down the street, stops out front of our property complex. The Red Line which goes to the Village stops around the corner (1 minute walk). Mammoth... feet first!
What makes this Townhome unique
My favorite features are the spa and sauna which are just steps across our driveway. Bring flip flops so in the winter you can run across to jump in the bubbling water. Hint: Put your towel in the sauna so you can have a warm one for the walk back.

Great for large group
We were delighted with this property! Beautiful decor--warm and cozy yet big. There was enough seating, beds, bathrooms, towels, dishes, glasses, pots and blankets for everyone! Internet and cable worked great.
The kids were thrilled with hot tub just across the street. Easy access to shuttle. Great service from City Concierge as well. The only things missing were w/d and a garage and the tv could have been bigger - but when you are sking or playing board games- who needs a tv!
Thank you for the kind words. When we have a snow-a-paloosa like this year we wish we had a garage too! That said, in summer we can park a boat trailer. Come stay with us again.
Great stay - would certainly consider again
Great location, quiet and nice amenities. Communication with the owner was wonderful too. Had a couple questions during and after our stay and they followed up very quickly.
Thank you John
great location and accomodation
Very well stocked, and easy access to all that mountain community has to offer. Check in and condo info was made easy. they allow some pets, so our two little dogs had a blast.
Thank you Jeff
Good Value, Clean, Well Stocked and Nice Location
Really liked this place. The pictures don't do it justice. We will definitely stay again. Also pet friendly and while there was no snow on the ground, there was lots of grass for our beagle.
Good pets always welcome
Charming Cozy great room with gas fire place
This property served very well for our family gathering of 5 adults, 2 kids, and 1 dog.
Three separate bedrooms for the adults and a loft for the 2 kids. Everything worked well and we had a good time using this as our home base. Highly recommended for two couples with up to 4 kids.
And now there is a new huge sofa
The cabin had a warm homey feeling and it was perfect fit for my family and friends. Although I would like to point out few things that we were not very thrilled about. The cleaning people did not do a very good good cleaning the bathroom. There was hair all over the place. I understand it was a holiday weekend, maybe they were a bit overwhelmed , but hair on the bathroom floor was just disgusting. The downstairs master bathroom window did not have curtain or blinds, you can see through from the other unit. Im sure the next door neighbor wrote an excellent review! Lol! The layout of the first floor was kinda funky and cramped and made us feel claustrophobic but the Upstairs kitchen and family room was nice. The wifi connection did not work. We called the office and they sent a person to fix it, but still did not work. Lastly, It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo especially if you are traveling with an infant who is a pooping machine. Over all , the place was great!
Thank you for your response. It helps us understand better what a traveler likes. Wi-Fi in the mountains is touchy at best, and subject to the weather outside. When it is snowing heavily, it is difficult to get a signal. We have replaced the Wi-Fi in hopes of obtaining stronger signals in the future. The small master bathroom window used primarily for ventilation, does not have curtains in order to allow some natural light as the sight lines are such that no one can see in since the window is above eye level. There are several washer and dryers in the community area by the spas, which is directly across from the property, so it does seem redundant to have it inside the unit. We will check on some signage so it is easier to find on your next visit. Yes, during busy times such as New Year's weekend, the housekeeping staff is stressed, but we will bring it to their attention to keep things spic and span! We're glad you enjoyed your visit and look forward to seeing you again.
Our guests love the proximity of our property to Mammoth Mountain, The Mammoth Village, and the town. This property is centrally located. You are less than a mile to the slopes, less than a block to the grocery store, less than a block to the bus to the Village, or slopes. Very quiet and peaceful area. The trails, bike path, and dog walks are all in our neighborhood.
