Large, Comfortable! This lodge style furnished townhome easily sleeps 2 families or one big one! With high vaulted ceilings, you will feel like you're in a cabin, yet have all the modern conveniences. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are master suites. You'll want to sit back and enjoy the sofa so comfortable you'll never want to leave. With places for 10 people to dine, and a gourmet chef's kitchen stocked ready to go with all the essentials, you'll be cooking up a storm, yet when it is time for the chef to take the day off, you can walk to more than 20 restaurants within a 4 block area. The new bowling alley is a 5 minute walk, the movie theaters just 3 minutes.

This end unit is the largest size townhome on the property and is 3 levels. Located right in the middle of town, you'll enter this log cabin inspired mountain home into a mini mudroom with a hand carved wood bench to put on your boots, ski racks for the winter lovers, warmer trays to dry off your boots when you're ready to return. From the hand carved wood railings and log mantle to all the decorator touches, this place is cozy, comfortable yet with a casual modern mountain elegance. Each item in the home was handpicked from the mountain silverware to the plush bedding to create a vacation experience that truly feels like you are in a Mammoth Mountain retreat.

Each room on the first level is meticulously decorated. There are 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom suite. The master bedroom features a king size pine wood 4 poster bed, with a bed warmer, Ralph Lauren curtains, a full size closet, plenty of drawers and a wall mounted flat screen TV with Blue Ray player. The vaulted bedroom ceiling gives openness to the lodge look with sandblasted cedar panels. The ensuite bathroom has a double sink, shower/tub and toilet.

Bedroom #2 features a brand new western theme with a queen pine bed and bed warmer, pine armoire, and cowboy easy chair with foot rest and reading lamp. Yee haw! This is the quiet room, to sit back and read your novel. It has its own private full bathroom with shower/tub, sink and toilet as seen in the photo.

Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, a small flat screen TV with Blue Ray player perfect for the kids to watch. There is a closet and plenty of drawers to stash away the clothes and it too has its own private bathroom with sink, shower/tub, and toilet similar to the photo shown.

Each bathroom has custom tiled counters and tubs and has spa amenity soaps and shampoos along with hairdryers. So don't bother to pack one!

There is an ironing board, iron, plenty of extra blankets and pillows so you will be warm and toasty. Get the snow saucer out of the closet for a fun ride on the snow that can pile up in the court yard. Don't forget to bring your corn cob pipe, button nose and some coal for your own Frosty making contest!

Upstairs is the 'great room' with the living room and a very large corner style sofa. Just installed are hardwood floors throughout this level. You'll love the knotty pine look which adds to our 'lodge' decor. There is a rocking chair next to the river rock gas fireplace where you can warm up after a day on the slopes, or hang the gloves up to dry. The new large flat screen TV has cable with a Blue Ray/DVD player. The stereo plays CDs and has iPod / iPhone hookups so you can make your own music and set the mood. The living room opens to a balcony patio, with 2 easy chairs to stare at the Sherwin Mountains or the starry sky at night. There is a phone with free outgoing phone calls. All TV's have cable and we offer free private wireless Internet throughout this unit for streaming downloads and there is back up Internet throughout the property. The vaulted ceilings in the living room have ceiling fans to circulate the air so you're never too hot or cold.

The dining table seats 8 and with 2 at the kitchen bar top you can have 10 for dinner. Hang at the bar and watch your chefs prepare in the cooks kitchen with recessed lights and plenty of counter space. The kitchen has all the appliances including a new stove and Keurig coffee maker, so bring your 'K' pods, and everything you need to serve a great meal or make a delicious margarita. We keep the kitchen stocked with all the major utensils, pots and pans and dishes. There's a few spices including sugar, salt and pepper, and whatever is left behind. Help yourself. If you're going to make something special, you might want to bring those tools. Or just ask us and we'll tell you what's there.

There is also a 4th bathroom on this level, with sink, shower and toilet perfect for the guests on the top floor to call their own and doubles as the powder room. With touches of antlers, rustic beams and old oil lamps, you'll feel the Mammoth mining history shine through. We also have this thing for moose. Go figure, there are no moose in Mammoth!

The third level is a loft converted to a sleeping space. With 2 twin beds and a futon that can open to sleep 2 more, it's a great place for the kids to hang out and have their own space or for a couple to be cozy. There is an armoire to hang up the clothes. The loft has plenty of windows with curtains and windows that open to let in fresh air.

The maximum occupancy total in beds is 10.

The Mammoth Sierra Townhome property features 2 hot tubs/spas, 1 dry sauna with a his and her showers, poolside lounge chairs, community laundry facilities, BBQs and a seasonal swimming pool all located just outside the front door of this unit. Summer or winter, you'll love the convenience of everything this townhome offers.

Location is everything and being centrally located once you park you'll never need to use your car. 2 spaces are provided and with special arrangements smaller boat trailers or mountain bike trailers are permitted. 3rd cars depend on weather. Eagle Lodge / Chair 15 is down the street and the free shuttle stop is directly across the street. On the corner is the other shuttle route to The Village and the gondola up to Canyon Lodge. You are just steps away from Restaurant Row including Chart House, Roberto's, Rafters, Shogun Sushi, and the new Mammoth Tavern and Bowling Alley! The movie theaters, Color Me Mine, and the grocery store are a 3 minute walk. Yes, you can use your feet and walk everywhere.

We set the home up for your arrival, and clean it up after your gone. Yes, that means linens and towels. There are all the essentials, you just bring the fun. You're part is to keep the kitchen in top shape and clean up after you cook. We'll do it for you for a small charge. Just ask!

We believe you shouldn't have to worry about a thing when you're on vacation, so we'll help you with our own concierge service. We also have 24/7 Mammoth handyman so if you need housekeeping, extra towels or an extra key, or just basic extra help we're there for you. We're going to set you up with an immaculate clean home, and we'll clean up after you leave. Many of our guest request daily maid service which is available for an extra fee. Let us come in and make your beds, straighten your towels and give the place a wipe down.

This townhome is our home away from home. Chances are, if you aren't there, we are! We continue to make it more and more cozy and updated and we encourage guests to stay with us year after year and watch us grow. You can call us at anytime to get an extra hand.

About Jefferson

We just love Mammoth. We're winter people but as you can see summer is also spectacular! When I'm not in town, I rent out my home. I'm a skier and I chose this location because in the winter it is centrally located. You can walk to the movies, the market and about a dozen restaurant. I like that when it is snowing. In summer, during 4th of July, the parade is around the corner, so when I go to put out my chair on the curb, I get a front row seat.

I run the concierge company in town, so I provide additional services to my guests. Grocery shopping, daily maid service, in room massage and limo service.

Additionally, if you need multiple units and would all like to stay in our complex together, or near to your friends, I can help you set that up. It is what I do all day long!

Why Jefferson chose Mammoth Mountain

Location, location, location is why we love this property. While many think that 'ski in out' is ideal, they don't realize that when you're on the slopes, you will then have to drive for every little thing. Being in town means you can use your feet, and the free bus transportation, so you don't even have to take your car. You can run down the street if you forget milk, or join your other friends at a restaurant and stumble home ;-)

In the summer, being in town has all the benefits as you will be able to walk everywhere and won't need to deal with parking. You can even load your bike on the shuttle and head up to the mountain bike park. Now that is location!

Mammoth has a great free shuttle system that runs all day and till the bars close at night. The green line bus which goes direct to the slopes down the street, stops out front of our property. The Red Line which goes to the Village stops around the corner (1 minute walk). Mammoth... feet first!

We provide set up with linens and towels. We'll change out the towels on request. You don't have to bring a thing. We'll clean up when you depart. We ask that you clean up after your cooking and have stocked the kitchen to make it easy to do so. If you would like daily maid service or someone to come and do the dishes, we can arrange it for you for a small charge. Hey you're on vacation. Go for it! We want our place to be nice for all and ask that you will maintain its integrity so that others may enjoy it as you will.

The cabin had a warm homey feeling and it was perfect fit for my family and friends. Although I would like to point out few things that we were not very thrilled about. The cleaning people did not do a very good good cleaning the bathroom. There was hair all over the place. I understand it was a holiday weekend, maybe they were a bit overwhelmed , but hair on the bathroom floor was just disgusting. The downstairs master bathroom window did not have curtain or blinds, you can see through from the other unit. Im sure the next door neighbor wrote an excellent review! Lol! The layout of the first floor was kinda funky and cramped and made us feel claustrophobic but the Upstairs kitchen and family room was nice. The wifi connection did not work. We called the office and they sent a person to fix it, but still did not work. Lastly, It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo especially if you are traveling with an infant who is a pooping machine. Over all , the place was great!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your response. It helps us understand better what a traveler likes. Wi-Fi in the mountains is touchy at best, and subject to the weather outside. When it is snowing heavily, it is difficult to get a signal. We have replaced the Wi-Fi in hopes of obtaining stronger signals in the future. The small master bathroom window used primarily for ventilation, does not have curtains in order to allow some natural light as the sight lines are such that no one can see in since the window is above eye level. There are several washer and dryers in the community area by the spas, which is directly across from the property, so it does seem redundant to have it inside the unit. We will check on some signage so it is easier to find on your next visit. Yes, during busy times such as New Year's weekend, the housekeeping staff is stressed, but we will bring it to their attention to keep things spic and span! We're glad you enjoyed your visit and look forward to seeing you again.

Best Winter Vacation!!!!

Rented out the town home for a week in January. When we arrived, everything felt like an upscale hotel with a warm homey feeling. The place was spotless and I loved the welcoming decor. Traveled with a group of five and we definitely all had our own privacy!

The place is conveniently located near Vons and right off of Meridian and Old Mammoth Road.

Highly recommend!!!

Family weekend at Mammoth

This townhome was excellent for our family of 7 adults and 3 boys aged 6 and under. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable, and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was a bonus.

The location in the center of town allowed us to walk to our ski rental and the grocery store, walk to restaurants, and walk with the boys to the lovely city park playground. The skiers could easily catch the shuttle to the slopes. The decor is nice, creating a homey atmosphere. We had a great family weekend. The owner gave us great tips for saving money on lift tickets, and for enjoying the area.

Great Townhome!

This townhome was a great fit for us. The 4 bedrooms and baths made it very private and spacious at the same time. The location is great along w/ convenient parking right outside of the unit. The living/dining room was a great area that we hung out in most of the time as a group.

Pet friendly condo

Our family had a great time staying in this condo. The unit is on a corner with plenty of parking. The unit itself is very comfortable, clean and dust free. There is plenty of seating in living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking complete meals. It was our first time renting in the middle of town and it worked out perfect. Restaurants, market, movies, parks, walking paths are all within an easy stroll. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks every morning and then to the scenic walking path with our dog. The owner, Jefferson was a pleasure to work with as well. He was prompt in responding to emails and very understanding when we accidentally brought home some items from the condo! We plan on returning to Mammoth again next summer and will definitely we reserving this condo.

Great Vacation!

What a lovely Cabin and great place for the whole family. The kids were entertained the entire trip as well as our dog. Kitchen is a great size and we saved so much money being able to cook in nightly. We will absolutely go back. Very clean and decor was very nice!

Our guests love the proximity of our property to Mammoth Mountain, The Mammoth Village, and the town. This property is centrally located. You are less than a mile to the slopes, less than a block to the grocery store, less than a block to the bus stop to the Village, and across the street from the bus stop to the slopes. (About 4 stops away). The real 'Mammoth Lakes' are within a 10 minute drive (Lake Mary, Mamie, Horseshoe, Twin Lakes, George). My favorite hike is Lake MacCleod which is behind famous Horseshoe Lake and is totally private and an awesome place to go for a picnic or stroll with your pet.

Our favorite dog walk is at Mammoth Creek which you can walk winter or summer and starts around the corner. In summer our property allows trailers so small boats, or motor bikes are OK.
