The Space:

Just minutes from groceries, restaurants, parks, the Nampa Rec Center, Ford Idaho Center, and a short drive to Meridian and Boise. This private back studio offers a comfortable and thoughtfully designed layout with a King bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, workspace, Smart TV, outdoor deck space with BBQ, and FREE street parking. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business guests seeking a convenient and private stay in the heart of Nampa.



**Please NOTE: This studio is part of a multi-unit property and is attached to the main home. It has its own separate exterior entrance and does not share interior space with the main house.



Modern finishes, natural light, and efficient design make this attached studio a comfortable and inviting retreat. Originally converted from a third bedroom, the space has been updated with stylish décor, warm flooring, and neutral tones to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The studio features an open sleeping area, kitchenette, full bathroom, dedicated desk workspace, and private exterior access.



The studio features a King bed with a high-quality mattress and comfortable pillows. Soft bedding and warm lighting create a relaxing environment for restful nights. Modern artwork and bedside tables add thoughtful touches, while large windows bring in natural light during the day. A Smart TV is positioned for easy viewing from the bed.



The full bathroom includes a single vanity with modern fixtures and a shower-tub combo with updated tile surround. Quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided for guest convenience. Clean lines and bright lighting give the bathroom a fresh, updated feel.



The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and basic dishware for light meal preparation. There is a plug in pan suitable for cooking a light meal. Open shelving provides easy access to glasses, plates, and essentials. The space is perfect for preparing breakfast, reheating meals, or enjoying coffee before heading out for the day.



A dedicated desk area with chair and mirror provides a comfortable space for remote work or planning your stay. This space doubles as a dining area for eating in. This makes the studio especially convenient for business travelers or extended visits.



The private exterior entrance opens to a small deck area with seating and a BBQ grill. Additional outdoor space is SHARED with the main house, and offers a quiet spot to enjoy fresh air, morning coffee, or a casual meal.



FREE Street parking



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to PRIVATE separate studio apartment, the private deck and the SHARED outdoor area. The main home may be occupied by another guest, or the Owner. Each separate unit has a unique CODE for the safety and security of the guests.

It’s an ideal balance for both work and leisure stays.

One of the biggest perks of this location is its proximity to Downtown Nampa’s revitalized core. The area offers a growing collection of local restaurants, boutique shops, cafés, and entertainment venues including the Nampa Civic Center and nearby event spaces. The Ford Idaho Center is just a short drive away for concerts, rodeos, and sporting events. Other Things to Note:

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ An additional housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.

~ We do NOT accept pets of any kind at this property.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to keypad.
