Hi Tanya, Thank you for staying with us and for being so communicative throughout your trip. I want to address your points honestly for anyone reading this later. The garage issue was real and it was our mistake. Previous guests left trash that our cleaners missed, which caused an odor. That is not our standard. We addressed it directly with our cleaning team, added a garage check to our turnover checklist, and refunded part of your stay at the time. On the AC, I checked the unit myself right after your visit and confirmed with the guests who followed you that it is cooling properly, so I hope it was a temporary settings issue. Either way, I am always reachable to troubleshoot in real time during a stay. On the TV, the listing shows a single large TV in the living room, and when you asked ahead of time I offered to buy and ship an additional one for your kids. You kindly declined, but that offer stands for any guest who needs it. We take feedback seriously and have already made changes because of yours. Thanks again for choosing our home.
