The accommodation is located on the outskirts of Kirchberg, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg in Tirol and about 1 km from the famous Fleckalmbahn. The free ski bus stops right in front of the house. A natural swimming lake is 300 m from the accommodation and the 18-hole Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith golf course is 5 km from the property

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
