Luxury and just a few steps to the promenade - Suite 1.06 in Timmendorfer Strand

The magnificent luxury suite 1.06 on the first floor offers 77 m² of space for 4 (+1) people. The suite features two separate bedrooms as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps 1 person.

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area in the living room. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a cozy couch that serves as a sleeping area for one person. Both separate bedrooms feature a double box-spring bed and have access to the balcony. Additionally, there is a luxurious bathroom with a shower. A grab bar is provided in the shower.

Highlights of the suite include its own small sauna (1.17 m x 1.17 m) and the furnished balcony, which allows for relaxing moments in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes; their sleeping areas are located in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
