Fewo-Ribis: Spacious, cozy apartment (65sqm) with 2 bedrooms, STUBAI SUPERCARD

Our cozy vacation apartment in the Kampl district accommodates up to four guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. The kitchen-living area includes a traditional wood stove and a dishwasher. A balcony offers a splendid view of the surroundings and is a great spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Towels and bed linen are, of course, included in the rental price.

From May 16, 2025 to November 2, 2025, the Stubai Super Summer Card is included in the price – it offers numerous benefits such as free use of the mountain cable cars, free entry to swimming pools and museums, as well as complimentary use of public transportation throughout the Stubai Valley.

The location of our apartment is perfect for both winter and summer activities: cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and the Schlick 2000 and Elfer ski areas are nearby. After an active day, you can enjoy regional delicacies at one of the many restaurants in Neustift’s town center, just 2 km away.

The Stubai Glacier, ideal for skiers and snowboarders, is about 20 minutes away, either by free ski bus or by car. In summer, we recommend a visit to the nearby Kampler See, which offers a beautiful setting and a children's playground with swings, slides, a sandbox, and a climbing wall. The surrounding Stubai Alps are perfect for relaxing hikes and exciting mountain bike tours.

Whether for a small family or a couple, our vacation apartment provides the perfect retreat to unwind after a day in nature and enjoy a cozy evening. Free parking is available right in front of the property.

Beautiful property with incredible views. We had an event to attend in Innsbruck which was a 30 to 40 minute drive away.We did not have information about check in until the day before we were due to arrive and followed this up with Vrbo - someone was actually at the property, but this was not clear from the listing. Our German is almost non existent, and the hosts English was not very good so this could have been a reason for the issue. Some communication in English about what the check in procedure was would have been helpful. In the end everything was fine, the host on site was really lovely and we had an excellent stay.

Sauber aber ....

Ein absolutes No-Go war das Verhalten des Vermieters. Mehrmals stand er mitten im Apartment, hatte angeblich geklopft aber wohl so leise dass es niemand gehört hat. Haben uns daher die ganze zeit sehr unwohl gefühlt, die Kinder hatten Angst. Des weiteren funktionierte das Internet insgesamt zwei Stunden pro Tag, hier musste man auch immer wieder darum bitten den Router neu zu starten. Saubef war es und auch ok ausgestattet aber das Verhalten des Vermieters überschattet leider alles.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und super sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Der Blick vom Wohn-Esszimmer/ Balkon ins Tal ist einfach grandios.

Dritter Besuch im Stubaital

Die gepflegte Ferienwohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett (Danke Dasha für die Riesenzucchini (•‿•)). Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der Tipp mit dem Badesee Gold wert. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung rundum empfehlen.

Tolle Lage - super Gastgeber

Sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen, sehr ruhig. Obwohl wir zu früh ankamen hat der Wirt uns gleich Zugang verschaffen können. Es war sehr sauber. Die Wohnküche sehr gemütlich und großzügiger Platz.

TOP Ferienwohnung für Wanderfreunde

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an der Waldgrenze, somit hat man eine super Aussicht auf den ELFER und ins Tal, allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, denn es geht sehr steil zur FeWo. Ansonsten war die FeWo top sauber und der Klaus als Gastgeber ein sehr netter umgänglicher Mensch, der auf jede Frage eine Antwort hatte. Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder
