- Next to the primary bedroom, also in the hall, is the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer.
- Sweet dreams await in the next guest bedroom - this room features two Queen beds with cozy coastal decor. This room also features an ensuite shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Next up down the hall is the King bedroom featuring a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Peek-a-boo! Kids will love these Twin over Twin bunkbeds (and truly the best hiding spot!)
- The coastal designed living area will be THE place to be on your vacation. The open concept has a spot for everyone in the family to enjoy each other's company, listen to the record player, or gather for ultimate ping-pong tournaments.

- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- The home has both a Keurig, an espresso machine, and a standard drip coffee maker, coffee's on us! Bonus: Peace Cottage also comes with an espresso maker.
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Beach Gear: We've got you covered - towels, chairs, and umbrella all provided. 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas combined!
- Full size washer and dryer in each home.

✏️Other things to note
- 2 cars will fit in the driveway for each cottage. 4 total spaces together.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long-term parking options in their lots.
- The pool can be heated for $50/day.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
