We had plenty of room to spread out and were just a short walk from the beach and food trucks/restaurants. This is the perfect house for large groups.

Girls Trip

We rented this house for a girls trip & it was perfect! The location could not be better - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Pool was awesome!

Seaside 2025

House is perfectly located off dogwood beach public access. Very clean home and beds were nice. Unfortunately we had 13 adults and the space was not very accommodating. The loft bed is in kitchen number one and the pull out couch in this room is horrendous. The middle level rooms are great with the master suite and another king. Bunk bed is good but we had boys and girls and couldn't put everyone in there. Upstairs on the third room there is a queen bed and two pull out couches that when in use takes up all the sitting common area. It would never fit more than 13 people in our opinion but the location, pool and beds were comfy.

Perfect 30A Family Vacation

Our family of eight stayed at A Point of View and it was perfect for us! The house and grounds are beautiful, clean, and were just as described. The pool and hot tub were so much fun, we used them every day. Each of the rooms had their own en-suite bathroom and balcony and the Jack and Jill bathroom shared with our kids worked great. iTrip was an excellent host and they were super responsive to any questions or requests we had and sent someone out within an hour for some minor maintenance things. The location is convenient and close to the beach entrance and Seaside. We were also able to rent a LSV and use it to zip around instead of having to drive our car everywhere. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect in every way

We had 5 couples staying here for our daughter’s wedding. The house was very clean and met our expectations in every way. Walking distance to Seaside square and very close beach access. This house comes with a million dollar rooftop view. The elevator was a huge bonus. Would stay here again.

Girls trip!

We had a fantastic trip to Seaside! The house was clean and spacious and so beautifully decorated. Loved the elevator, which made it easy for 4th floor views of the ocean. Highly recommend this property!

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We are a large family and had plenty of space. The only issues we had was the dryer not working and one of the doors not locking, even after the property manager sent a technician out. The pool was dirty when we arrived and they had someone scheduled to come clean it and took 3 days for their third party cleaner to arrive. The pool filter didn’t seem to be working. Overall, the house was great and we enjoyed our stay.

A Point of View

This house was very nice. We had 3 families all staying together and we all had plenty of room. The 4th floor outside roof top deck view was incredible! Kitchen and Living area was clean and spacious. All the bedrooms were plenty large. The 1st floor living area was a great option and convenient during the day for in and out to the patio/pool/hot tub area. The 1st floor living area was also great for a more private living area at night. The patio, pool, and hot tub were very nice and the pool was nice and warm! iTrip is great. They consistently checked in with us to make sure our stay was perfect.

The house was perfect for our group. My mom uses a wheelchair or walker & the elevator was great for her! The only thing that was challenging was getting her in the house, where there were 2 steps. We had to left her chair each time. A small ramp or even a piece of plywood would have been helpful.

The management team took extremely long to deposit, and receipt, monthly payments by check. The home was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived - floors didn't even seem to be vacuumed. The location was "crowded" with other rental homes almost on top of one another. The home was farther from the beach than "advertised". Overall, on a scale from A to F, we rate this home and location a C.

We had a frig that didnt work all week. A sleeper sofa that was never fixed and the house had to be recleaned because it was left dirty. Parking was atrocious and mgmt company told us 3 different stories about parking. And the mgmt company wanted to give us a $150 gift card for all of this. Will never stay in a property managed by ITrip vacations again

Point of View

Point of View was a great place to stay. This place sleeps 16 and the 16 will be comfortable. The location is perfect for those that would like to be close to the beach and 30A and not on the beach. The four stories are great for separating the guests so that everyone can feel like they have some privacy. The TWO kitchens are great! It allows for multiple cooking areas. The pool and firepit are great! The parking is challenging, but the carport is covered. The place came with some bikes, but they were not used by us. The pool lights go off early, would like to keep them on after 8PM. We had a few issues with the pool with heating and filling, but the owners were responsive and tired to assist. The downstairs AC had some issues, but again the owners was responsive. The extra shower and bathroom by the pool are nice, but can have some flushing issues, but the owners are helpful. They also were able to provide extra sheets and towels when the washing machine was not properly wringing out the wet cycle. Kathy and Mollie were very responsive and tried to assist where they could. I would recommend staying here again. It is a fun and beautiful place. VERY quite and great views!!!

Heart of 30A

We rented the house with 2 other families for spring break. There were 6 adults and 8 teenagers. The teens had an absolute blast. The house is perfected located near seaside. There was lots of biking and walking (definitely recommend renting a bike - we used Vacayzen). The previous reviews are correct in that it is a long walk to the beach (the house is actually very close to the 30A road but there’s a long fence you have to walk around to get to the beach). Also, they never could get the hot tub consistently hot and keep the pool filter going simultaneously but the kids didn’t seem to mind too much. We paid extra to have the pool heated and that kept the teens happy (although by Wednesday it was cold but none of the kids complained so I didn’t say anything to the management company). We were very pleased with the response time and communication from the management company, ITrip Vacations. They did a really good job, especially during crazy spring break week. We are an active, fit group so the somewhat steep stairs between floors didn’t bother us. If you’re patient enough to wait for it, there is an elevator. 4th floor lookout area was neat to watch the sunset. Plenty of space on the main floor/kitchen area for our large group.

A Point of View

We were very disappointed with many things on this property. I paid for a daily heating of the pool and spa and unfortunately the heating mechanisms weren’t working so there were days we had no heat or only had some heat to the hot tub. They told us they would have to control it remotely but when we called and asked them to heat up the pool they never did. We were told we would get our money back and that has not happened yet either. The fire pit and gas grill did not work and we had to Jerry rig a starter in order to use it. We needed an iron as we were having pictures taken and when we picked it up the whole thing fell apart. When we called management on these things, Jerry rig a starter in order to use it. Every room in the house had patch marks on it so you could tell they were getting ready to paint. Unfortunately that did not make for a very pretty surroundings. These might seem like a little things but all together they took away from our family vacation. This house needs to be checked out from top to bottom, inside and out before it is rented again.

Not in a condition to rent ...

I do not write reviews, but feel I must in this case. Drove 14 hours with grandkids in tow, promised a clean, close to beach location with a clean functioning pool... What we discovered: 1) property in general disarray ... needs a lot of maintenance investment to bring this back into condition 2) all the grandkids kids wanted was the pool area ... even called ahead of time and was assured "perfect" .... entirely unacceptable... pool full of sand, litter and algae ... would not let my grandchildren swim in that filth 3) trash ... beer cans, cigar butts sand and dirt everywhere in outside patio ... even tossed out crab dinner shells, plastic forks into bushes 4) broken beer bottles in gas fire pit 5) front step missing said they "removed because of safety concern" but left rusty nails and bolts sticking out of foundation... meanwhile right next to it a child trap of a water main cover that has rotted and splintered leaving a hole with nails ... their response ... that's the water company problem ???? 6) refrigerator not working ... no ETA for parts 7) pull out bed not working 8) outdoor chairs covered in mildew... huge need of cleaning 9) ceiling fan in main room making loud sounds like a tortured cat... 10) while as the crow flies is close to the beach it is cut off from street access by a seaside fence have to walk a long ways out and away from beach and cut back to get to 30a 11) parking very very tight.. difficult if not impossible to have multiple cars on sight Property manager told me they had a rough crew in week before and had not caught up with maintenance... we could not let our kids stay there, so we packed up and moved to new location (cottage rental agency is fantastic).. . got offered no recourse ... he said "we chose to leave and did not give him chance to remediate"... well we had to leave unacceptable conditions and unacceptable he did not know condition of property ... he would not of allowed his family to stay there. Will post pictures to show actual condition of home.

A Point of View

We spent a week and a half at A Point of View and had a very nice stay. There was plenty of room for our two families. The house was very clean and well appointed. There were two kitchens: A basic kitchen on the first level right by the pool which made grabbing snacks/drinks very convenient when we were outside swimming in the heated pool or hanging out by the fire pit which we did almost every night! The main kitchen (and living space) was on the third floor which offered a spectacular view of the Gulf and Seaside. There was even a better view from the fourth floor tower which you could access via the elevator. Beds were comfortable. There is a funky bed loft on the first floor that requires climbing a ladder so it is more for agile adults or kids. Parking was a little tight but not an issue if you know how to make a 3 point turn. We had three cars at times and made it work. Since the house is located at the end of a dead end road there is no through traffic so we felt safe with our kids running outside. The management company was very accommodating with any of our questions. Thanks for the great memories! We will definitely stay here again!
