Legacy Lane Retreat sleeps up to 14 with tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, fishing pond & more.

Legacy Lane Retreat is a large family home surrounded by farm land views. On this peaceful property, the house sits up on a hill overlooking the pasture and the small fishing pond. The newly restored tennis courts sit at the bottom of the hill and have two tennis nets, two pickleball nets and a shuffleboard area. The master bedroom is a retreat in itself, with a walk in shower, a floating tub, a towel warmer and a bidet.


Upon entering this spacious home, you will find a large staircase that leads up to beautiful built in bookshelves which are filled with plenty of reading material for you to enjoy during your stay. To the right of the entryway you will find the poker lounge, fit with a large poker table and a leather sofa, the perfect space to settle in and ignite your competitive side. Whether you're playing with family or getting together with friends, the moodiness of this poker lounge will elevate your game experience. Down the hallway from the poker lounge, you'll find a bunk room, perfect for kids. The bunk room sleeps 4. Further into the home, you'll find a large kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal during your stay and plenty of space for your family to gather around and enjoy preparing dinner together. A breakfast nook surrounded by windows is just off the kitchen, flooding the room with natural light any time of the year. The large floor to ceiling windows overlook a large patio with views of the pasture and the fishing pond. Back in the house, you'll find a formal dining room. Between both dining areas, there is plenty of seating for your whole group. In the living room, a large u shaped sectional centers the room, great for conversation or watching a movie on the large 70" Smart TV that hangs above the electric fireplace. The living room is also flooded with natural light. Back in the master bedroom, you'll find a peaceful oasis with a large King size bed, a walk in closet and an en suite master bathroom which boasts a walk in shower, a large floating tub, a towel warmer, a double vanity, a private toilet room fit with a bidet and pedestal sink. The walk in closet in the master bathroom also has a door connecting to the bunk room hallway. The master bathroom is the only full size bathroom on the first floor, however there is another half bathroom on the first floor for guests to use.

On the second floor, you have two bedroom options to choose from. At the top of the stairs on the left there is a queen size bedroom with a large closet that has a pack n play stored in it for guest use. There is also a rocking chair in this bedroom, making it the perfect space for those with a baby. Down the hall, you will find the second full bathroom in this home. Leading into the final bedroom, you'll find two queen size beds and an en suite powder room. The builder of this home really enjoyed putting random sinks in this home, so we made good use of the one in this room and added a toilet so that guests of the double queen room had their own powder room.

In the unfinished basement, we have a rec room with a pool table, ping pong table, basketball shooting game, along with a large projector screen and for a movie area. More pictures to come here!

Until the snow melts and we can get you more pictures, you'll have to picture the outdoor space at this property. The large patio that overlooks the pasture will be outfitted with comfortable lounge furniture, a fire table and a large dining table. Leading down from the patio you will find a firepit area with Adirondack chairs, surrounded by cafe lighting. There is a childrens playset and large yard area as well. Down in the grove of trees, there is a picnic table that backs up to woods. In the spring, summer and fall you can find goats grazing in the pasture that overlooks the pond. We have fishing poles available for you to enjoy some catch and release fishing in the small pond, perfect for a learning opportunity for young fishers.

We have restored the tennis courts and now there are two full size tennis courts, one of which has the option of becoming two pickleball courts. There is also a shuffleboard court. All of the accessories for these games can be found in the garage!
