A lovely villa in a lovely location. Very dated, but that didn’t matter too much. However, the kitchen really let it down. Very cramped, damp and cockroaches in the cupboard. We had to wash everything before we dared to use it. No dishwasher, which you need on holiday with a large family. Very few cooking utensils. The villa could do with updating and needs more electrical sockets! The beds weren’t very comfortable. Overall, though, clean and spacious. The landlord was responsive and very quick at coming to fix the shower which was broken and the taps and lack of hot water in the same bathroom. We will remember to bring wooden spoons, extension cables and anti mosquito paraphernalia next time! We got bitten to death! There’s an open walled area behind the bathroom with stagnant dirty water which attracted mosquitoes. Fans provided but no air conditioning. I would avoid staying in the height of summer. The location is fantastic; at the bottom of the mountain, easy access to the main road, Porto de pollensa and other large towns like Alcudia. Lidl and Eroski supermarkets only a few mins away. Recommend hiring a car due to location. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday, but make sure you take essentials, like hand soap etc as nothing is provided!
