To ensure a safe, respectful, and professionally managed environment for all guests and residents, the following rules are strictly enforced:
Occupancy & Visitors
* Registered guests only. The number of guests must match the reservation at all times. * No additional visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at the property at any time. * Third-party bookings are not allowed. The individual who books the reservation must be present for the stay.
No Parties or Events
* No parties, gatherings, celebrations, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays, or events of any kind. * Violations are subject to a $1000 fine and may result in cancellation without refund.
Noise & Quiet Hours
* Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. * Loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted at any time. * Disturbing neighboring residents may result in cancellation without refund.
Smoking Policy
* Smoking is permitted inside the unit only if done respectfully. * Burns, stains, ash damage, excessive odor, or damage beyond normal use may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
Pets
* Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. * Undisclosed pets will result in a $250 penalty per pet. * Additional pet fees apply where listed.
Check-In & Check-Out
* Check-in: 4:00 PM * Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Unauthorized overstay will incur a mandatory $50 fee. * If overstay exceeds 2 hours past checkout time, the guest will be charged the full Daily Base Rate (without discounts). * Overstay does not grant possession of the unit for the remainder of the day.
Safety & Monitoring
* Common areas of the building (including hallways and areas near entry doors) are monitored 24/7 for safety and security. * There are no cameras inside the unit.
Liability
* Guests assume responsibility for their conduct and safety during their stay. * Ownership is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings. * We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed package deliveries. * Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Right to Terminate
* The host reserves the right to immediately terminate a reservation without refund if behavior, activity, or circumstances are deemed unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or in violation of these house rules. * This includes, but is not limited to, suspected party activity, unauthorized occupants, property misuse, or conduct that threatens the safety of the property or neighboring residents.
