Large vacation apartment (100sqm) with terrace and garden

The bathroom has a large sink, toilet, and shower, as well as wall-mounted radiators and underfloor heating. Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. There are two private bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large closet. A travel crib can be provided upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and more. A separate dining area is provided. The living room features two two-seater sofas and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. A radio/CD player is also provided. A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. Firewood is provided free of charge. Books, magazines, and board games are available. The apartment is located in the basement and has a terrace that opens directly onto the garden. Garden furniture is provided. You are also welcome to use the large garden. From the apartment, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the nearby Perlsee as well as the beautiful Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest surrounding it. Payment is due in cash on the day of departure or by bank transfer no later than the day of arrival. A general deposit is not required. Check-in days are Friday through Monday. We expect your arrival between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Please let us know in advance if your arrival time changes. Furthermore, we ask that you contact us by phone approximately 30 minutes before arrival so that we can meet you at the vacation home.
