Spacious apartment on the second floor in a quiet neighborhood.

The 80-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and features a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room features a cosy sitting area. The living room is furnished with a sofa, TV, and radio. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. The bedroom opens onto your own balcony. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. A washing machine and drying rack are available. Dressing gowns are also included. Check-in is available on Saturdays, as well as on Sundays and holidays, starting at 10 a.m. From Monday through Friday, check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., or upon request. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please let us know your estimated arrival time on the day of arrival to avoid unnecessary waiting times. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. A visitor’s tax of 1.30 EUR per adult per night will be charged separately on site. (Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax; children ages 6–18 pay 0.50 EUR.) A bread delivery service is available upon request for a fee. Other applicable fees: Use of the washing machine costs 2 EUR per load.
