Charm and privacy await in in the highly sought-after Cathedral City Cove! Utilities included. Just minutes to Palm Springs and other desert cities, and in close proximity to popular dining, entertainment, and shopping venues, including the Agua Caliente Casino.

The interior has two bedrooms on separate sides of the home for added privacy, and a bonus den/TV room with two comfortable lounge chairs. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, and there is an additional bathroom with shower off the hallway. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and desk with chair. The main living space has a comfortable lounging area and dining room for up to six, while the full kitchen offers bar seating for two.

The large and nicely landscaped backyard is your own private oasis with a pool, hot tub, and several covered seating areas. The front yard offers a cozy bistro table and seating for two, with Mango trees that will produce an abundance of seasonal fruit for the picking! Secured gated parking will be available for one car, and street parking for additional vehicles.

Guests must sign a rental agreement provided via DocuSign.
