Historic Cape in quaint village of Jefferson Maine
Situated in the charming village of jefferson and less than a mile to Damariscotta Lake State Park, provides easy access to swimming, boating, and hiking with trails around the lake. A 20 minute drive will take you to the historic waterfront of down town of Damariscotta for shopping , eating and entertainment. Day trips on scenic backroads to Pemaquid Lighthouse, Rachel Carson Preserve, Camden and Boothbay harbors are easily accessible from the house.
