The Villa Martinique is in a good American neighborhood, in a beautiful south-facing location, with a wonderful view of the wide open water. The Villa Martinique was built in 2021 and furnished in a noble and modern way. Everything is available for a relaxed and rejuvenating vacation, and sufficient bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment and of course, the most necessary for the beach, such as beach chairs and beach towels. Already overwhelmed by entering this dream villa, the fantastic view through the large sliding glass doors to the pool, the pool deck and the water will remain an unforgettable impression for you. In the middle part of the home is the kitchen, the living area as well as a small reading corner and the dining room. On the right side of the home you will find the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. To the left are the two guest rooms, each with its own bathroom. The bathroom, which is oriented towards the pool, can be reached from the pool deck, so nobody has to walk around the house from the outside area when they have to use a bathroom. In addition, all floors are tiled. The generous south-facing pool area is nicely furnished. Sufficient sunbathing, a table and six comfortable chairs for the evening are just as much a part of the atmosphere as a grill where you can prepare the best steaks of your life. The romantics among them will of course have access to the jacuzzi, from which you can enjoy one of the dreamy Florida sunsets with a glass of champagne. Welcome to Villa Martinique
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella and Cooler are provided.
