Work Host Ever. They double booked a Room, and the host did not even try and accommodate us with a stay anywhere else. We tried to check in for 12 hours and had no luck. It was spring break so there was nowhere else that had a room on a Friday night check in. Left me my pregnant wife and daughter stranded with nowhere else to stay. Never followed up with us to make sure we were Ok and found another place nothing. I would never book with these guys they are scam artists.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. However, we would like to clarify what actually happened. This reservation issue was the result of a technical glitch on the Vrbo platform, not a double booking on our end. The reservation was made just one day prior, and we have full documentation confirming the timeline. Additionally, no penalties were issued to us by Vrbo, which further confirms this was not a host error. As soon as we were notified by the hotel at approximately 10:30 PM, we immediately contacted the property and requested that they accommodate the reservation. The hotel worked directly with Vrbo and issued a voucher to provide you with a room that same night. We also want to note that the information provided in this review does not align with what was communicated to us at the time regarding the number and type of guests. We take guest experiences seriously and always act quickly to resolve unexpected situations. In this case, we did everything possible to ensure accommodations were arranged promptly despite circumstances beyond our control.
