This elegant apartment is perfectly located between two of South Florida’s top destinations, South Beach and Fort Lauderdale, both just a 15-20 minute drive away. Each spot is a must-see during your stay, offering unique experiences only South Florida can deliver.
At The Room 305, we’re here to help you create a memorable visit, tailored to your preferences. Whether it’s shopping, dining, relaxing on the beach, brunching, nightlife, boating, or even kayaking—we’ve got you covered.
The Space:
Penthouse - 16th Floor
Other Things to Note:
There is a Resort Fee of $30 per 2 adults, charged once only upon check-in.
Parking Rates:
1 day parking $40
1 week $100
8 to 14 days $125
15 to 21 days $150
22 to 31 days $175
A $20 refundable deposit will be taken to use the device that opens the gate. You will get this deposit back at the end of the stay.
You will be given a bracelet to use the pool area. 6 Max.
You may get the fob and bracelets anytime from 9am-5pm.
Washer & Dryer is $1.85 per wash & $1.85 dry.
There is a card that gets recharged to do the washes it costs $7 to get. (Only one-time)
To ensure availability for all our guests we are unable to modify reservations once they are already made.
