Stay right on the beach—Hollywood Beach, to be exact! This elegant apartment is perfectly located between two of South Florida’s top destinations, South Beach and Fort Lauderdale, both just a 15-20 minute drive away. Each spot is a must-see during your stay, offering unique experiences only South Florida can deliver.

At The Room 305, we’re here to help you create a memorable visit, tailored to your preferences. Whether it’s shopping, dining, relaxing on the beach, brunching, nightlife, boating, or even kayaking—we’ve got you covered.

The Space:
Penthouse - 16th Floor

Other Things to Note:
There is a Resort Fee of $30 per 2 adults, charged once only upon check-in.

22 to 31 days $175

A $20 refundable deposit will be taken to use the device that opens the gate. You will get this deposit back at the end of the stay.

You will be given a bracelet to use the pool area. 6 Max.

You may get the fob and bracelets anytime from 9am-5pm.

Washer & Dryer is $1.85 per wash & $1.85 dry.
There is a card that gets recharged to do the washes it costs $7 to get. (Only one-time)

To ensure availability for all our guests we are unable to modify reservations once they are already made.

Very well organized, pretty simple to do a check-in no matter if the building management office is open or not.Everything went smoothly in every aspect.

The unit is quite tidy and clean. Convenient access to the pool and the beach. A number of beach apparels are provided (though there are only two chairs and are kind of old). Also, some of the appliances are too old, one hairdryer didn't even work. I would recommend making some repairs/upgrades. The host is a little hard to reach, only replies through email instead of Vrbo app, which is kind of inefficient. Also did not reply to all my inquiries, which is a little frustrating. The apartment door can be slam shut loudly by the wind if the balcony door is open. Need to be cautious since the owner across the corridor made a face-to-face complaint about this.

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse apartment. The top-floor location offers beautiful balcony views, and the space itself is bright, spacious, and very comfortable. There are two large bedrooms, a huge living room with a full-size window, two TVs, fast and reliable internet (great for working during the day), and a fully equipped kitchen.The property is right on the beach and includes a swimming pool, covered parking, and plenty of towels, which was much appreciated. The location is excellent—walking distance to the boardwalk and close to everything we needed.The host was responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
