The "Seevogel" villa is located on Poststraße in Warnemünde, not far from Kirchenplatz. The Baltic Sea beach, the Alte Strom, the bus stop, and shopping options are just a few minutes' walk away. At Villa “Seevogel,” we offer four tastefully furnished holiday apartments for 2 to 6 people. In the villa’s garden, you can enjoy a refreshing Rostocker Pils while relaxing in a beach chair. Dear guests, welcome to Villa Seevogel! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 46-square-meter, vintage-style “Seeadler” two-bedroom holiday apartment with a veranda on the mezzanine level comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a second TV. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment is fully fitted with high-quality PVC flooring. Shower room with a hair dryer. In the living room, you’ll find a TV (cable), radio, CD and DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. A parking space in the new Molenfeuer car park is available for a fee (about a 5-minute walk). The holiday rental is for non-smokers only. Enjoy our spacious garden area furnished with beach chairs.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to 5 years old, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
