About Holly Heath

Born and raised in Washington, I've seen just about every part of the state there is to see. Priest Point is one of my favorites!

Holly Heath purchased this house in 2012

Why Holly Heath chose Priest Point

A hidden sliver of paradise, Priest Point is close to the city, but makes you feel a million miles away. You can't find a more beautiful and convenient location. The beach is sandy and the views are breathtaking.

What makes this house unique

The backdoor is 14 feet from the beach, making access to the water this home's best feature. Views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier are spectacular. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to an amazing sunrise. You can even bring your boat and tie up to the private mooring buoy.

Guestbook comments from the owner

The house was great and the views were amazing. We've stayed at other "beach houses" that turned out to be dirty, smelly cabins. This place was spotless. You could tell it was recently remodeled and well taken care of.

A great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

This was a great place to stay. The house was decorated beautifully and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was great to have the kayaks to use. Plenty of outdoor seating to watch the seals playing out front. The eagles and seals put on a show everyday! And there was Stan the seagull hanging out on the swim platform. The neighbors were very friendly. So much to do in the area. It was a great location. If your looking for peace and quiet this is your place.

The proximity to the water was outstanding. Large patio with lots of seating. Good mountain views.

  • 3 of 5

We found a pair of mens underwear in the master bed. The mattress pad was either dirty or very stained. There is a slidding door and 2 windows in the master with no window shades at all. There is also no door to the master. Neither bathroom had shampoo or even soap. There was only 2 small wine glasses. There was a dirty pan left in the oven from the previous renters. The bbq was so dirty we had to clean it before we could use it (all 3 grills ).The sink counter is very low, ( wheelchair accessible) so if you have any back issues this can be painful. The dinning area is very tight, luckily we only had one meal there, all others were on the patio which was very nice. There were 6 cigarette butts on the patio. We could not park our 24ft boat on the boat bouy do to the low tides. We had to pay for morage at the Everett Marina.

The good parts were that the place had 4 kayaks, floaters, fire pit, a tether ball, swim float, life jackets, lots of board games. Holly was very nice and responsive. A bottle of wine and some coffee was there to greet us.

Great beach house!!!

  • 4 of 5

What a great place! I rented the beach house for my 40th birthday and I'm so glad I did. There were 8 of us and a dog...there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The location doesn't get any better as far as a beach house goes...beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere with everything you need for a fun day at the beach...kayaks, swim platform and even teatherball. Holly was a pleasure to deal with...responsive, easy going and helpful. I hope to stay again sometime!! Thanks for sharing your beach house, we loved it!
