Gather together in the family room with fireplace or catch a movie in the den. Decks at all levels for catching the stunning sunsets. Outdoor barbeque area and hot tub. Walking distance to downtown dining, coffee, brewery and Centennial Trail. Beach cruisers, paddle boards, kayaks and plenty of games. No matter what you do, you'll be glad you came!

Excellent experience in every way!

The pictures accurately represented the property, communication with the property manager was excellent when we had little questions, the set up worked for all ages with our three generations (ages 4-68), the weather was perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding. We hope to visit again next summer!

This was the perfect house for our big crew! We had 5 couples and a single attending our son's wedding. There was plenty of space, plenty of beautiful views, and plenty of coffee makers! We were all very comfortable - no small feat. Jesse was an exceptional host. He answered each question we had along the way promptly and graciously. If we have an occasion again in the future, we will book again. Thanks again for everything, Jesse!

This house was in spectacular clean condition with everything you could need and more! Great views, enjoyable for family and friends for a weekend get away! Everything was laid out and organized exceptionally well making it easy and relaxing! Thank you for the great stay!

Amazing place for multiple families to stay

We had a wonderful time. The lake house was perfect for all of us to stay. We all enjoyed the lake and canoes and paddle boards. The house was very clean and lots of room for all of us to hangout.

It was a wonderful property. We have never stayed in a rental that was better equipped. We only shopped for food everything else was provided!!

Jesse gave all necessary info about check-in and check-out with ample time in advance. Everything that we need in the house worked.Kitchen had everything we needed to host our big group. Rooms were spacious, AC was plentiful, and lots of blankets towels. Figuring out how to get hot water in the showers was difficult, but there are showers with like 3 different heads so 1 of them always worked at least. Loved the hot tub and lake access - that is unbeatable! Downsides were that the basement was under renovation at the time, and that there are a lot of bugs haha. The house is so big though, don't know what we would have done with another room.Dreaming of when I can come back again!

50th Anniversary Celebration

We stayed at the No Wake Zone home with our family of ten to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. It was wonderful. The house is beautiful, and the kitchen is well stocked. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves on the multiple decks and on the patio with a variety of coffees from the many coffee makers. The children loved making snow cones. We were so close to the lake we could play in the water on the paddleboards or kayaks right off the dock. We took our boat and went out many times for scenic adventures and tubing on Lake Stevens. Jesse was very responsive to all our questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Work/ Family trip to this gorgeous property on the lake

The house and setting are gorgeous and the property manager was awesome. The house and amenities left nothing to be desired. Absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful lake stay

We had the most amazing long weekend at Jesse’s place. The house is incredible and looks even better in real life than in the photos. We enjoyed all the amenities and had a great sunny day lounging and swimming in the lake. Jesse is an extremely responsive and accommodating host and we could not have asked for a better experience!

Relaxing Lake House

We had a great stay. We were in town for a wedding. Beautiful house. Lots of room for everybody. Loved that the house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Super organized. Highly recommend!

Lovely House on Lake Stevens

The house is very modern with many 21st Century appliances. The view is spectacular and it's nice to be able to walk into the lake. There are a lot of stairs at the property, but our group aged 14-82 was able to do just fine. It's definitely on our short list for future family gatherings.

Liked it so much we have booked it again.

The property is well maintained and in a great location. We were able to observe activities on the lake and the younger members of our party enjoyed swimming and paddling around. Lots of seating inside and outside, we could gather as a group or split up for more focused activities or conversations. When we had questions before and during our stay, Jesse was quick to respond. We have already booked the property for next July.

Great, beautiful and very special house in stunning location.

This house is great for a large group. It’s pretty roomy. Comfortable beds. Sophisticated appliances. Well organized. AC throughout the entire house. We were lucky to have a good weather to enjoy all activities on the lake.

Weekend Away

We used this house for all of our out of town family for our wedding. This house was amazing. They all had nothing but great things to say. This was a place for our family to all have a place to hang and a mutual place to meet all weekend. This made our wedding weekend one to remember. And we LOVED the paddle boards and all the yard games.

Wedding Week House

We stayed at this beautiful house while attending our daughter’s wedding. Jesse was more than accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms fully stocked. Extra of everything! Nespresso machine with pods, Keurig with pods, built in Espresso machine and regular coffee maker. Guests used kayaks and paddle boards and jacuzzi. A perfect vacation home.

Attention to detail!

This house was amazing, everything was organized, clean and labeled. We've rented lakehouses as a group for years and this the nicest home by far! Plenty of towels, kitchen ware, water toys, bedding and pillows. The water access was great with a fire pit, couches and chairs. The indoor spaces were high tech and easy to use. The owner is very responsive and polite, we can't wait to stay here again!

Son’s Wedding

We all had an amazing time and the home and property were the perfect place to bring everyone together for rehearsals! Wish we had more days to spend figuring out the technology. Would have loved to use the speakers, steam shower, and game room. We just had too many other things going on with the wedding!!! This home is by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed at!!!!!

A relaxing weekend getaway!

Our stay at Jesse's house this past weekend was amazing and completely exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 4 families that were looking for a large house to share for a 4-day long weekend vacation. The property and house are beautiful! From the shallow water entry for our little ones to enjoy, to the spacious house and yard for the kids to play in made for an amazing trip. Jesse checked in on us upon arrival to ensure everything was to our liking and addressed any questions we had quickly. We are already as a group planning on when we csn make another trip back to this property.

Stunning Lake House

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at this beautiful, very clean home! Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The house had everything we needed and more, making our trip truly memorable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the kids had a blast on the lake paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking—they especially enjoyed the game room! We loved using the BBQ grill and overhead heaters, which made outdoor time even better. The highlight for our family was definitely the hot tub—it was a big hit with everyone! We were here for a wedding with three families, totaling 13 people, and there was plenty of space for all of us. There were lots of fun things to do, and the lake view was stunning—we even spotted some eagles and flying over the water. We absolutely loved this place and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

We had the most wonderful weeklong stay for our extended family of 13 people. Our group had 7 adults and 6 children, aged 6-11. The water was perfect and we spent endless hours swimming in the shallow, warm water at the end of the dock and paddling around the lake. The lounge areas outside were perfect for relaxing and keeping a close eye on the kids in the water. The house was well stocked (way beyond our expectations) with everything we needed for entertainment, cooking meals for our large group and sleeping. Jesse was very responsive to all questions and made our stay perfect. We are already planning to rebook for our next get together. If you have a large group looking for a summer getaway, you cannot beat No Wake Zone.
