The location on Grizzly Peak Boulevard is phenomenal, easy access to the flatlands and amazing views just a mile away. Very clean, easy to get in and out.

Perfect location for a trip to Berkeley. Nice walking trails nearby, close to the downtown area and plenty of street parking.

Nicole was quick to respond and wanted to make sure we were comfy and checked to see if we needed anything. I don't always sleep well in a new space but this place had a coziness to it so both myself and my boyfriend slept well during our stay. The room is connected to the main house so if someone else is staying there you'll hear walking overhead. We didn't experience this until the last morning and it wasn't a big deal. We would definitely stay again when we are up in the Bay area.

The neighborhood is breathtaking, and quiet! The property is a only short walk downhill from the shops and restaurants of North Berkeley. I didn't have time to take advantage of all of the nature trails in the area but they're also just a short walk away. My studio apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything that I needed for my short stay. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. I would definitely stay here again if I get a chance to return to Berkeley.

Clean and comfy space. Nicole is a great communicator and it very easy to arrange the booking. Highly recommended!
