B has a well-stocked kitchen, dining areas, and a dock with water toys: an on-site lily pad, water noodles, and a boat dock.

It was clean but coffee pot filter had not been emptied. Humidifier was noisy. Smell of wet carpet at entrance. Suggestions for places to eat and shop is always helpful.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had a great experience overall. The house was extremely clean and so cute when we walked in. It felt very comfortable, safe, and was perfect for our group. The location was great because it was right on the water and close to attractions and necessities, while still feeling tucked away enough to enjoy a relaxing vacation.The home was well stocked, the check in and check out process was super easy, and the host was very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. They answered within the hour every time, which we really appreciated.The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is because the dock situation was a little unclear from the listing. There were photos of the dock and we were asked if we were bringing a boat, but the dock is actually behind the neighboring property that the owner also owns and it seemed to be shared with the guests staying there. Since people were using it most of the time, we didn’t really feel comfortable using it ourselves. We mainly wanted it for tanning and swimming, not for a boat.Also, the water in front of the house was pretty rough during Memorial Day weekend because there is not a no wake zone nearby, so we were unable to really use the lily pad due to the waves and heavy boat traffic.Other than that, everything was great and we truly had a wonderful time staying here.
