Welcome to Pecan Point!

This newly remodeled, 1000 sq ft lakefront home at Lake of the Ozarks has been updated to provide guests with everything necessary to make great memories at the lake. It offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, and floor to ceiling lake views in the living room and kitchen. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV for those needing a break from the sun or to unwind at night. The hot tub provides an awesome gathering spot lakeside. The kitchen provides all the comforts of home to cook, and Blackstone grill outside to barbecue for the family. Pecan Point is located on the north shore of the 5 mile-marker down a private road and offers seclusion, yet is only 15 minutes from the famous Bagnell Dam Strip and all Lake Ozark and Osage Beach has to offer. The nearby Village Marina offers boat and waverunner rentals and the Boathouse Lakeside Bar and Grill is a popular lakeside destination 10 minutes away by car. Outdoor space is plentiful including a large deck with grill and umbrella, Smart TV, and a newly upgraded dock complete table and chairs and a diving board. It's always fun to end your day and watch the sunset over main channel with a fire and s'mores in the the fire pit.

This is such a nice property. Owner made sure hot tub was perfect (beautiful and has a cover), dock fantastic, and house immaculate. There are steep stairs from bedrooms down to kitchen, but they are well marked and have a railing. Overall a great place I would highly recommend!

5 We recently stayed at this Lake of the Ozarks property and, while we did encounter a few unexpected challenges, the overall experience was greatly shaped by the outstanding responsiveness of the owner. There were some issues during our stay, including a temporary power outage that required a brief relocation and a later outage lasting several hours, as well as a drain concern and a few minor inconveniences.What truly stood out, however, was the level of care and professionalism provided by the owner. He was always available, promptly answering calls and messages, and took immediate action to address every situation. His communication was excellent, and he consistently followed through to ensure our concerns were handled. He also went above and beyond by reimbursing us for a night’s stay and assisting with cleaning costs, which we sincerely appreciated.While no stay is ever perfect, the owner’s dedication to guest satisfaction made a significant difference. His attentiveness and willingness to make things right gave us confidence in the property, and with these issues addressed, this is a place we would consider staying again.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay on the lake! Host was great and very responsive! Parking a little tight, but overall loved the house, the deck and the lake access.

Great cabin in a awesome location

Stayed here for about a week, it’s absolutely gorgeous and the location and area was nice and quiet. Very relaxing. Owner was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again

We received all of the necessary information to check in easily. Home was clean and provided just enough space for our family of 6. We loved the outdoor deck space and TV for the evenings and spent lots of time on the dock enjoying the water. The diving board was a hit!

First time at the Ozarks

House was priced well and well furnished. We really love the patios and the dock was so much fun for the kids swimming and fishing. Not a great house for small children (under 3) but was more than adequate for the rest of our family. Great house for the price.

Excellent Property at The Lake

Everyone in our group was really happy with this house. The location was great, the cove is off the main channel so the water was plenty deep and clean enough to swim. The views and deck space were amazing. We had planned on going out a little more but everyone had so much fun at the house that we ended up staying in the majority of the time! I messed up my initial reservation and the owner was very responsive and able to help me fix it right away. I would book with them again without hesitation.
