The cabin had everything we needed and was very spacious. The bunk beds were roomy and the kids loved them. The fireplace was a great bonus and made the cabin feel warm and cozy. The location is also perfect, with Bear Mountain very close by. We really enjoyed our stay.
The host was very welcoming, and the cabin was well equipped with everything you might need. The showers and tubs were very clean. It’s conveniently close to the slopes—just a short drive away.

Thank you so much for the great feedback! Glad you enjoyed your stay.
Our second time staying at Trevor’s cabin and it’s been amazing both times. Responsive, accommodating host, quiet cabin with all of the things we needed for a lovely family Thanksgiving.
Family of 7 easily fit with plenty of room to spread out. The open layout of the home was fantastic and lots of sitting room for all. Thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful deck, fully stocked kitchen and large family room with comfy couch and chaise. Bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and supplies and the laundry room was a huge plus. Spacious bedrooms rooms and cozy fireplace was the cherry on top.

Thank you so much! I'm thrilled you enjoyed the house.
This is a home and a mountain cabin, all in one. You never feel closed-in as this spacious dwelling delivers on both, being cozy and being a part of the great outdoors.
Our family had a wonderful time. The kids loved the bunk beds!

The cabin has bees in the master bedroom and living room. The kids room with the bunk beds was very dirty, the garbage disposal smelled so bad. The manager was very disrespectful.
We greatly enjoyed our stay with 3 generations of family. The main great room is perfect for games and socializing, with the bedrooms around its perimeter on one level. The location is also quiet and convenient -- don't forget to hike the forest trail about a block away.
Perfect place to get away. The house is perfect for families or friends. There is enough space for everyone while not feeling cramped. Everything was clean and would highly recommend this house if you want to spend a memorable time in Big Bear.
Title says it all! Perfect long weekend in the perfect spot. Kids enjoyed sledding nearby and the cabin was cozy and clean per the pics on the online listing.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable with everything we needed in hand. The bed was comfortable and it was absolutely quiet in the evening which made for excellent sleep. We prepared all our meals in the cabin and everything was provided. We even had wood for a fire two nights which was very cozy. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy meals. If you're looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay, this property is for you!
We have stayed at this cabin for at least four years during the winter. Very quiet in a beautiful setting. My grandchildren and their parents always enjoy it too.
Used this cabin at least five times to get together with daughter and her three boys over the winter break. We all enjoy the comfort and cleanliness of the place. Great location for sledding and allowed all three boys to ski at the same time.
This Property was everything as described and so much more. Great, Clean place. Location was amazing and everything was so close. Would love to come back and stay. Trevor was a great host.
The place has everything our three-generation family needed for our four day stay. This is our third stay at this house and has all the amenities desired for a winter visit.
A wonderful ski cabin called fabulous by my 8 and 10 year old grandchildren (and their parents).
Perfect-Trevor and the property managers were most accommodating.

About the host

Growing up in Southern California made it easy for Big Bear Lake to become our favorite getaway. For years, our family has enjoyed all seasons in the mountains and we are now more than happy to share that joy with other travelers. Welcome to our home away from home!
Why they chose this property
Some years ago, we owned a property in this area of Moonridge and regretfully sold it because it was difficult to find the time to use it. This part of Big Bear Lake always felt so much like home to us. This prime location is secluded from the main flow of tourist, yet all the local attractions are still very much within reach. We were waiting for the right place, and it had to be here.
What makes this property unique
One of the selling points, aside from location, was the large front deck surrounded by tall pines and oak. It's the best spot to relax and BBQ in the summer. There is no through traffic on our looped street, which makes it very peaceful and quiet. Inside, the open concept floor plan adds volume to the living space where you can spend hours in the winter by the fireplace.
