This spacious mountain home blends comfort with Asheville charm. Antique chandeliers from the historic Battery Park Hotel add character, while unique touches—like the exposed natural boulder—make this home truly memorable.

My family and I stayed at Boulder Ridge and loved it! The Kitchen was well stocked and the house has a beautiful wrap around porch to enjoy morning coffee and catching up with everyone. It's about 15 minutes down the mountain and always plenty to see and do in Brevard.

Wonderful mountain retreat

Our group had a great time enjoying the property, the incredible nearby attractions, and the lovely town of Brevard. We would not hesitate to return here and make more wonderful memories. Excellent facilities and comfort, lots of small touches that made our trip a blast.

The property was wonderful. The house and cottage were decorated beautifully for Christmas. The views of the mountains, sun rise, and sun set were great. There were more activities at the property than we could utilize. There was enough room for our family of eleven to comfortably gather together for meals and games, while also having enough cozy nooks that those that needed time alone could have it. All our children and grandchildren expressed what a great place it was to celebrate Christmas together.

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our family of 10. There were so many nice places to sit, read, and play games. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We were in the woods yet close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Excellent bike race weekend.

Excellent house(s) for our 16 person bike race weekend. Plenty of room for singles and couples. The sunset view was incredible. So close to Pisgah Forest trails and DuPont mountain bike trails. Definitely would stay again.

Reserved with a group of friends (five in total) and it was a great setup and location. Enjoyed basketball, disc golf, darts, and poker all on-site. Plenty of space (bedrooms, bathrooms, general living) for our group. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Place

Loved the place. We had ten buddies together for our annual mountain bike trip. This place was perfect. Great location. Close to all the trails. Great house, plenty of space. The view were absolutely incredible. If it's available for our trip next year, we will certainly return.

The online pictures do not do this place justice. The mountain views off the back were breath taking. The lay out of the house is superb.

Beautiful in the Fall

Our entire group really loved this property. Tee views of the mountains were beautiful, and the house was comfortable and well-stocked. The teens enjoyed the basketball goal and basketball. The neighborhood is quiet, yet not too far removed from things to do.
