Histórico 106 y. o triplex en West Beach. Esta unidad principal de 1-BR frontal ha sido nuestro hogar por más de 10 años. Tiene un baño recientemente renovado con tocador doble lavabo y bañera / ducha remojo, y una gran cocina recientemente renovada.
Salas de techo alto con intrincados detalles arquitectónicos y componentes integrados; chimeneas en LR y BR; lujosa cama king-size en el BR principal y un sofás-cama de American-Quality de alta calidad (queen +) en el LR. Además del porche delantero, uno puede acceder al patio / jardín de la azotea para descansar.
Durante algunas temporadas, buscamos personas responsables interesadas en alojarse en una hermosa y espaciosa casa en el corazón de West Beach. Por favor contáctanos sobre disponibilidad.

Amazing location, beautiful house with bright light and extremely comfortable beds. Great kitchen with all the necessary accessories. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here! Jeff went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed!

Great location and great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The rooftop patio was a perfect place to relax. Great communication, I would definitely stay again!

The property itself is in a great, safe location 2 blocks from the beach and restaurants but still residential. We loved our morning coffee on the front porch and the charm and spaciousness of the home. Things to keep in mind: unit has no AC and the windows don't have screens - we didn't feel safe keeping the windows open at night or while we were out for this reason. The rooftop is shared with several other units, and we didn't use it all all since we sat on the front porch instead. Shower is a little wonky of a setup, but we managed.

My stay in Jeff's place was exactly as advertised. Jeff was easy to work with and very responsive to all my questions. Check in and check out was simple. The location could not have been better. Short walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Space was clean ,organized and equipped with all I needed for a relaxing weekend, and the rooftop was a fun place to sit and read. I would stay here again no questions asked.

The location is about as good as you can get—quick walk to the beach, where you then can walk along the shoreline, which I did every day! Nice big kitchen, comfortable bed, plenty of towels.Jeff was a great host—very accommodating and accessible.

I was visiting Santa Barbara with my girlfriends and we had a great time staying at Jeff's place! It's really cute, has a lot of charm and the location was the best - we were able to walk everywhere. Jeff is the sweetest and we could tell he really put a lot of effort into the place and cares about our experience. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed some wine up on the rooftop while watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again - excited to see all the upgrades in the future!

Great communication from Jeff! He was more than willing to help us with anything we needed during our stay! Location of the house was great - a block or two away from the beach, restaurants, and Moxi Museum! Beds and pillows were super comfy! Just keep in mind that the house is very old and is in need of some updates, which Jeff was honest about from the beginning!

Nataly, I appreciate it. The difficulty with the property is you are getting Ritz Carlton location,with less than RC amenities, but at incredibly reduced prices comparable to other properties. I have tried to price it incredibly fair with the right expectations. However, this week each will be fully furnished with brand new amenites (Cell phone chargers, new kitchen ware, new linen, expresso coffee pot, blenders, knives ect). As advertised, the location is excellent. The host gives a lot of information and a heads-up that he's in the process of renovating the property, and there's a lot of work he has planned, but honestly, the apartment itself is a charming old building with the quirks you'd expect, and he's priced it fairly for its current state and location. The rooftop deck is great, as is the front porch of the unit.Where it falls short is in the details. For example, the new espresso machine mentioned a few times in other reviews, and his welcome messaging takes a special kind of Nespresso pod you can't buy at a grocery store, so we couldn't actually use it. There were lots of little things like that (the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower were basically empty, etc.) Nothing major, but things that keep it from being at the top level.A general note that I wish I'd known about earlier is that the unit doesn't come with parking and the street parking outside is restricted on weekends/holidays. There's an unrestricted section a little further away, but it was tough to find spots there. If you're planning to be out and about, this won't really affect you, but I would have found it helpful to know about ahead of time.

The property is lovely with a great location. I know the owner has big plans to renovate so it should only get better. We had issues with the keys and the door handles which made entry and exit quite tricky. That should be resolved soon. Also the second story patio and garden were not as we expected, though again I think the owner has plans for that area as well. Overall a comfortable stay and the location is the best!

The home is beautiful and the host takes care that their guests are well accomodated. We stayed here the night before my wedding and it was a lovely place in a great area close to the beach and the courthouse. Definitely stay here when you visit Santa Barbara!

The house is very cute with tons of potential. The check in was a little tricky, but we got it figured out. The only complaint I had is that the coffee pot did not work. The owner did say he's replacing it but that didn't help us while we were there. Luckily there were tons of coffee shops walkable from the house. Great location! Would stay there again as the owner says he is doing a major renovation and upgrade.

Chapala Gardens is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. You can walk to many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is stocked with everything you need for a delightful stay.

This location is very convenient to all of the East Beach restaurants and the beach itself. The hosts were very helpful in trying to help us find keys, troubleshoot, etc. while they were away, they were still available via phone. They also supplied beach, chairs and towels, which was a great bonus for us. The wicker chairs on the front porch were our favorite hangout spot. Thank you for all that you did for us while we were there.

Great location. We especially enjoyed spending quiet time on the front porch watching the hummingbirds. The house is so beautiful that many people walking by took photos of it! We would love to return. Many thanks to your housekeeper as she was most friendly and helpful.

I attended Westmont College and two of our kids attended as well. We love the community and beauty of Santa Barbara and we especially love the life time memories that West Beach has given to our family. My family also loves this area to train for their Ironman, Half Ironman and Marathon training. We love Los Banos pool and the cycling in this area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

West Beach is THE place to stay in SB for both beach and downtown access. Very few properties become available here. And with the City onslaught on Short-Term Rentals, ours is one of FEW authorized, legitimately permitted Vacation Rental units in SB !! We also have a 3 bedroom, 3 bath right around the corner (whith parking. If available and needed).

The historic building and charming unit are unique in Santa Barbara . The privacy offered by the backyard patio by Mission Creek is special. The access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer is amazing and our rooftop farm is supremely unique and special.
