Our sunny vacation apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains (for up to 4 people). Our sunny vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of our farmhouse. A spacious, bright bedroom/living room with a double bed and a couch (which pulls out into a double bed) invites you to relax. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer ensures your comfort. The vacation rental also features satellite TV, an alarm clock, a separate kitchen, and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a cozy sitting area, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a sink, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and, of course, dishes, silverware, and table linens. The farm is home to many animals, including dairy cows, calves, oxen, sheep, cats, and sometimes chickens and pigs. If you’d like, you can enjoy fresh organic milk right away. At the Glockriegl family farm, you’ll receive the total bill and bank details for the accommodation on site. Please settle the bill via bank transfer during or after your stay. A deposit is not required. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. (exact time by arrangement); check-out is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. A tourist tax of 2.60 EUR per person/night will be charged separately on-site. Pets are not allowed here. If you leave the vacation rental in good order*, you do not need to pay for final cleaning. Otherwise, 35 EUR will be charged for final cleaning. *Tidy = Dishes put away, sorted trash taken down to the first floor, beds stripped, and the apartment swept clean.
