It's time to harvest in autumn: olives, wine and truffles are our favorites. Did you know that the Istrian olive oil has overtaken Italy and Greece internationally and is one of the best in the world? And first our wines - a journey of discovery through the vineyards is worthwhile. The truffle hunt is a bit more difficult - but that shouldn't be your concern. Enjoy the fresh tubers in one of our delicious national dishes, the "Fuzi", the Istrian national noodle. Preferably in one of the courtyard restaurants, where the chef is still looking for the exclusive mushrooms himself - it doesn't get any fresher!
