Big 'O Beach Miramar/Destin



The Space:

Set on the fourth floor with a lovely ocean view, this expansive condo features plenty of private and shared amenities to enhance your vacation. Step inside and cool off immediately in central air conditioning. Enjoy cooking something delicious in the sizeable full kitchen outfitted with full-size appliances. The extra-long breakfast bar is sure to host delicious meals together. Each bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom or bathroom entrance, and the main bedroom also features a private furnished balcony and a walk-in closet. When you're ready to head down to the pool or water, you'll enjoy a reserved poolside cabana with a built-in kitchenette. On the bridge by the fountain, you will find Koi fish and turtles, and the outdoor firepit is a great place to gather for some evening fun. The private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay. There is a 65-inch TV in the living area, and each bedroom boasts a TV. The Cabana includes a mini fridge and air conditioner. In the garage, you'll find everything you need for the perfect beach day, including three beach chairs, two tube floats, boogie board, beach wagon, bucket, net, umbrella, and sand toys.



Beautiful Emerald Coast beaches are just a short walk across Scenic 98. You'll feel right at home with the many amenities to help you relax within this decorated space. The clubhouse features games like chess, Cornhole, tennis, and volleyball courts, and there are two on-site pools to enjoy. You'll love spending time at the poolside tropical bar, and between Memorial Day and Labor Day, there are food trucks and live music to check out. Beach rentals are available almost everywhere along the beach. Take a day trip to explore Destin, just 17 miles away.



THINGS TO KNOW

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

THE POOL CABANA WILL ALSO BE CLOSED FOR THE DURATION OF WORK.

This condo was everything shown. It was clean and had a beautiful ocean view. We were able to walk right across the street to the beach. The pool was also nice. We were also close to the outlet malls, restaurants, and grocery stores. This was the best rental we have had so far and we plan to stay again the next time we visit Florida.

You won’t find a better place

We stayed at this property in August of 2023. We absolutely loved our stay the place was spectacularly clean and conveniently located right across the street from the beach. Highly recommend you book your next stay in Destin here.

Wonderful Stay

Clean and spacious, great location. Some construction noise from other units and street noise, but not overwhelmingly so. We really enjoyed our time in Miramar Beach!

Great condo, great location!

The property was beautiful. It seems pretty much brand new, very spacious, and it came with everything we needed and more. And the view from the patio and the master bedroom is spectacular.

Ladies getaway

Upon arrival, we were greatly impressed with this beautiful condo. The beds were very comfortable. Suggestions are to note in check-in instructions that the key to the cage are hanging on the wall in kitchen, not in lockbox, which they state. This misunderstanding cost us about a half a day at the beach.

Lovely stay by the ocean!

We really enjoyed our stay this week. Location was amazing and close to the beach and shopping. Very clean and all the extras we needed. Response from customer service was prompt and thorough. Thank you for an amazing stay. We have stayed at several places throughout florida and this was one of our favorites! The listing was slightly misleading as it showed access to the storage locker and stated there are 5 pools. Small details but possibly consider updating the listing:)

Great Condo

Can’t say enough about this condo and our stay. We have stayed in this particuliar condo for 2 years now, but have been staying in this condo complex now for 16 years. Condo is clean, comfortable and well decorated. Plenty of amenities to be had. From the pools, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball goal, beach and much more in walking distance. This condo has cabana at the pool, a storage locker with plenty of items for the beach and pool. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect spring break getaway for families w/ teens

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our first spring break in FL. The resort is across the street from the beach, making beach days or quick runs back to our condo a breeze. Two balconies for reading, having breakfast, catching a sunrise or a sunset. The only reason we didn’t give location 5 stars is it is a 20-25 min walk to a lot of restaurants, coffee, & ice cream shops. The condo had anything you could possibly think of including board games, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, wagon and all the kitchen equipment if you plan to make meals. The condo itself is beautiful with tons of room. It was nice to spread out when our teens needed some downtime. The living room couch and chairs are really comfy, too. Everything was super clean and we felt like the first people to stay there. Your rental includes access to a poolside cabana complete with a couch, mini fridge, TV & bathroom. It was nice to use that on beach days instead of running all the way back up to our condo. We didn’t use the pool much - it was a bit chilly & only 1 of the pools is heated - but the pool area was pretty well kept. Our teens also used the gym every day before our day got going. There is a grocery store less than 1/2 mile away. You are also very close to the outlets, Chick Fil A & Starbucks. We rented a car but you could get away with a golf cart rental (via the resort.). The only downside? We would have loved a hot tubs for the cool nights.
