Welcome to Florida’s Gulf Coast lifestyle in this newly-renovated, beach-view condo just three miles from Miramar Beach Regional Access. This beach retreat is all about ocean views and location, location, location! Nestled in the gated Mainsail resort, discover the quieter and less crowded magic of the Emerald Coast. A private walk-down staircase off of the balcony presents a short walk to the sparkling shoreline. Savor an evening cocktail as you catch beautiful sunsets from the covered balcony.



This corner condo has been professionally designed, boasting extra windows that bring in plenty of natural light and overlook the pool and grilling areas. In the welcoming living space, you will find a Samsung smart TV with a 5.1 surround sound system, perfect for movie nights or connecting your gaming system.



The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of black stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware to prepare meals or beach snacks. Dine together at the table for six, or pull up a barstool to keep it casual. Added perks of this updated abode include a washer/dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay. At the end of the night, relax at home base in the central AC and watch a little TV before bed. Another perfect Gulf vacation day awaits tomorrow - all that’s left to do is book.

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay! We had all that we needed to relax, cook, play games, and rest comfortably for a few days vacation. We've saved the property as someplace we would return to. Having the steps from the patio was a real plus and beach service a huge bonus!

Excellent Stay

This is a spectacular condo with direct beach access! The location is fabulous. The beach was on one side of me, and the outlets on the other! It was a great location for 14 year old girls. I can't wait to return.

Master bed was very firm. I had to buy a mattress pad so I could sleep. Easy access to the beach and the pool from balcony. All in all I love staying at the MainSail because of the beach access

Beautiful views

We enjoyed the soft white sand beach and convenient umbrellas for shade. The pool was not up to our cleanliness standard but it was acceptable, since we mainly wanted to go to the beach anyways. The condo was very modernly decorated but the shower was leaking water all over the floor. We had a fun relaxing vacation, but would pick a different condo since the white plastic sofa was so uncomfortable.

Overall Good

We thoroughly enjoyed the area - beach was very clean and clear. The modern condo was beautiful and comfortable. The VRBO process was convienent and easy. The only suggestion is to offer the late check out option via text message and not email alone. We missed the opportunity to stay a bit longer and would have enjoyed the extra time. We also felt the request for additional payment for a late check out was a bit much. This is typically not standard practices of hotels and felt it should be the same policy, in this case, considering the total cost of the rental. Overall, it was a good experience. Best regards.

Comfortable but worn. Easy access to beach. Great location, average condo. Not super clean, mold in master shower and on granite grout behind kitchen sink. A few things in unit broken but did not affect our stay.

Perfect place for our family vacay!

The condo was beautiful! Everything was clean and in good working order. LOVED having a washer/dryer in the condo! There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was great and we loved the easy access to the pool and beach. We also made use of the tennis courts, grill, and shuffleboard courts! We definitely will return for another visit!
