This beautiful 70 m² holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Neuhof district of Bad Sachsa and is on the ground floor, making it accessible from the outside even for wheelchair users. It is about 3 km to the centre of Bad Sachsa. However, this apartment is ideally located for train travellers, as the Bad Sachsa train station is located in the Neuhof district. Upon request, the owner offers a bread roll delivery service.



Pfaffenholzblick Holiday Rental:

This cosy, homely holiday rental is accessible from the street level. The apartment features a comfortable, spacious living room with a couch, massage chair, and dining table. A travel cot for children can be provided upon request. From the living room, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Pfaffenholz.

There’s also a bedroom with a double bed, a separate children’s room with two beds, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower (with a low threshold), a sink, and a mirror cabinet.

The patio, the garden, and the sunny garden shed are perfect for relaxing and chatting.

Een ruim schoon huis, waarbij je binnenkomt via de garage. We hadden onze hond mee en misten wel dat je meteen buiten kunt zijn in de tuin en privacy. Keuken is ruim en zeer volledig uitgerust. Om de wasmachine te gebruiken betaal je €2 in de automaat. Echtpaar woont boven. Waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Spoor ligt in de achtertuin maar heb je geen hinder van. Omgeving is prachtig, veel wandelpaden vlak bij huis. Supermarkt 5 min met de auto. Stadje is leuk. Meerdere restaurants.

Tolle barrierearme FeWo!

Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist gut mit einem Rollstuhl erreich- und befahrbar. Zu beachten ist, dass die Badtür 70 cm breit ist und im Bad ein Wendekreis von ca. 120 cm zur Verfügung steht. Die Dusche ist ebenerdig. Ansonsten ist in den Räumen ausreichend Platz vorhanden, wo auch Kinder spielen können. Um den Ort kann man gut wandern/spazieren gehen und es gibt im Ort einen tollen Spielplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Museum usw gibt es im 3 km entfernten Bad Sachsa. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unbeschwerte, ruhige Urlaubstage dir verbracht.
