The Space:

this home has a view of the expansive Tropical Gardens and Pools. Decorated in warming reds and greens this home is beautiful and well-equipped with many amenities. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. The unit also has a well-situated breakfast nook for two located in the kitchen. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD player. There is a full bathroom accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. The primary and guest bedrooms feature TVs and DVD players. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. After a full day on the beach, come home to kick back on the furnished balcony.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Overall a nice place to stay.

The property/pool area/beach was great. Didn’t like that the kiddie pool was shut down twice while we were there. The condo was pretty nice, loved being on the ground floor with two little ones, but the beds/sofas were not the comfiest.

Location of this complex was perfect. The beach was just a short walk from our condo and the beach chairs provided were nice. The condo itself needs a little TLC. The couch has a foam pad underneath the cushions to make it more comfortable. Instead of making the couch more comfortable it just made the awkward, overstuffed with the cushions at an odd angle to sit on. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. It just needs a good cleaning and a new couch and loveseat!

Fantastic Experience!!

201C was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, linens were high quality. The groundfloor C units were great with small kids... close to kids pool, grassy area to play and parking close to the back door. Recommendations: take a couple extra pods of laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. We used Instacart and had Publix deliver. So easy!! This unit does not have a pack’n play, beach towels or beach toys so I’d recommend bringing some if you’ll need them. Resort was impeccably clean, pools options and grills were great. Staff was VERY helpful, great communication and accommodations. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Floor cleanliness

Very nice resort, everything was great until we al took shower and walking around barefoot in the condo and them noticed our feet were black! Spanish Cleaning lady did not mop the floors obviously! Other then that great stay and will be back. I hope you check in on your cleaners. She did not mop the floors.

Condo needs a deep cleaning

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo with it being on the bottom floor and close to the splash pad which our kids spent quite a bit of time at. I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of this condo. The dining chairs and couch were so gross that we had to cover them with towels to sit on them. The couch had what appeared to be a large bloodstain. There were also dirty foot prints on the walls and the dining table needed to be cleaned under the glass. The beds were rather uncomfortable. The condo needs more dish towels as there were only 2 and no dish cloths. I would not stay in this condo again. I recommend a condo by owner rather than Vacasa as they pay more attention to detail.

Great property for kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at vacasa. Our condo was right in front of the kiddie play area and pirate ship. Our toddler had too much fun. Every morning he would wake up and by default he was at the pool. Our proximity to the play area was great. But Next time we will try to stay closer to the beach probably in building A. The condo was clean except for the floors. The floors were very dirty and I specially asked the property to clean the floors as I read some of the previous reviews. But no, they were still dirty and pretty much in 5 mins of walking in side the condo, our feets were black. I absolutely hated this. I called the condo manager and complained. They said they would have it cleaned but no one showed up for 2 days. So I just asked them to refund the cleaning money and they did. But everything else was great!
