The Space:

This condo has a breathtaking coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues and greens this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. Unit A608 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/ dryer included in the home for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Super fun place. Everything is so close to the condo. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, water and fun.

Weekend getaway

The property was clean, and it's location convenient. The covered attached 6 story garage was a blessing in the rainy weather. The beach was clean and lovely. The pool became quickly crowded and loud, but that's to be expected when staying at a child friendly hotel. The hotel room was clean and very large. I would stay here again with my family. I would not choose this location if only traveling with my spouse.

Would recommend

Condo is on the 6th floor and has nice view of the pool and ocean. Short walk to both as well. Unfortunately our weather was a little cooler and we did not realize the large pool is not heated. Our kids never went in it because it was so cold and that pool was one of the main reasons I booked this resort. (That however has nothing to do with the condo and I’m sure would be great if we had a hot week) My only complaints about the condo are: the dryer takes forever to dry and can only do small amounts at a time. The lighting is very muted. Some brighter bulbs would be wonderful when playing games at the dining table at night! Besides that, we had a wonderful stay!

The beach and ocean are worth the trip.

Waterscape is the perfect vacation spot for families. A608 was not spotless like the other condo’s have have rented. The couch needed to be cleaned. There was dust on the top of the couch and white and black dirt spots on the couch and loveseat. The kitchen had not been thoroughly cleaned. The shower door in the main bath would not close all the way. The stove was uneven as well as the burners. Cooking food was an experience because the food would stick to the all the pans. We greased ever pan before cooking and it still did not help. There were no dish clothes to clean the dishes and counters. The toilet ran constantly in the other bathroom. I would not choose this unit again. I have been pleased with all the other rentals prior to this one.

Florida vacay

We had a great experience at Waterscape. Only exception was the splash pad being closed 4 of our 5 days. We had a 15 month old so was looking forward to a place he could play.

Great Unit

Very convenient to pool and beach with a wonderful view. Clean and Vacasa was great communicator. We had a perfect stay.

Pool fountain too loud / beach chairs & umbrella too costly

The noise from the pool fountain was too noisy, it interfered with sitting on the balcony or having the patio door open; the flow of water needs to be reduced to make it less noisy. The cost of renting an extra table, umbrella, chair at the beach is astronomical, a more reasonable cost should be considered.

Great Experience!

This is a great condo and resort. Everything was clean and well cared for. We loved the beach, and we enjoyed the pool when it was too windy for the beach! We were very impressed with the communication from vacasa as well. Only "cons" of the trip would be that the lounger chair on the balcony was broken upon our arrival. There were also a few household items that would've been nice to have on hand - scissors, coffee filters, Etc. Overall, we had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to others!

Nice property, horribly managed.

This property is overall nice enough. The property is poorly managed, at best. The condo itself was nice and the view was nice, although the refrigerator had an awful smell of dead seafood (shrimp?) the entire time that filled the entire condo every time you opened it. We tried to clean it again ourselves but nothing got rid of the smell. We were able to overlook that, but what we were not able to overlook was the total lack of security keeping out of control people at bay during the time we were there. Our first night we saw a disturbance at the pool with a group antagonizing a “security guard” (and I use that term lightly). They were screaming and yelling and causing a scene and nothing was done until they left on their own. The 3rd night we were there someone pulled the fire alarm and everyone had to vacate while the fire department cleared the scene. This happened again the next day during the daytime hours. The 5th day we were there, there was a group of teens jumping the fence up by the heated pool and jumping off the waterfall. They also got into an altercation with another family in that area. Security came and did nothing. Our last night there, we were walking through the parking garage with our kids after dinner when we came upon a man yelling for help and asking us to call 911. There was also an out of control and intoxicated 18 year old female screaming and cussing and causing a huge scene. (Same one from the waterfall incident the day before.) We didn’t have cell signal in the garage so as we walked inside to try and call for help she tried to follow us, still screaming and cussing and being out of control. My husband (retired law enforcement) turned around to try and block the door to keep her from getting to where our kids were inside and at that time she hit him in the face. Security came and did absolutely nothing. We asked them MULTIPLE times to call the police and they didn’t. (We had no signal still) There happened to be a pizza delivery lady that witnessed the entire thing and she did call 911 and the Sherrff’s Department showed up a short time later. No one on staff at Waterscape was of any help. They didn’t make the family of the girl who was the issue leave even after she continued to be belligerent with the officers there. If you’re looking for a nice, relaxing vacation I would think twice about this location. While the property itself is nice, the experience is anything but that.
