Wake up to endless Florida sunshine and sweeping views of azure Gulf waves at this beachfront condo in Sterling Breeze! The perfect retreat for a beach-going family, this Panama City Beach condo features a private balcony overlooking the water, complimentary seasonal beach service, and fantastic resort amenities that include a seasonally heated pool, a poolside cafe, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor firepit.



Beloved by families, beachcombers, and water sports enthusiasts, Sterling Breeze is located directly on the white sand shores of Panama City Beach. You'll be half a mile from both the Russell-Fields Pier (where you can fish for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish) and Pier Park's famous shops, restaurants, cinemas, and regular entertainment. You kids will also delight in visits to Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Camp Helen State Park - all of which are within a few miles' drive.

Our Trip to PCB

We had a wonderful vaca in PCB. Our condo was beautiful all the amenities and a balcony overlooking the gulf. We will stay here again when we come. It is centrally located and easy to get to places.

It was great location. Pool was great and access to the beach was good. The ladies working the check in desk could have been nicer. Two different ladies and both didn’t want to be bothered.

Perfect Long Weekend

We checked in late on a friday night. The place smelled and looked liked it had just been cleaned. Everything was just as expected! The main bed is extremely comfortable!! The view of the ocean is amazing! We would absolutely stay there again!!

Perfect location on the quiet side of pier ~ an easy half mile walk to Pier Point. Saw dolphins and stingrays jumping from the balcony.

Beautiful property

I loved the condo, it was beautiful and very clean. Right on the beach. Everything was as described on the listing. It was very spacious and quiet. The outdoor pools were heated and nice. I would love to book this condo again for my next trip down.

An Amazing Place to Stay!!

It has been over 6 years since we have been back to Panama City Beach and you always worry when you book a place, This place exceeded our expectations!! The condo was amazing, clean and very well taken care of! Everything worked great and even had a few board games we could play on the rainy nights! The pool was amazing also, everyone was so friendly! I can't say it enough though the condo was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again!
