The Space:

Experience the pleasures of your very own beachfront retreat at this Sterling Breeze condo in the heart of Panama City Beach. Watch dolphins and surfers frolic in the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony, spend your days strolling on the white sand beach, and enjoy the on-site convenience of a seasonally heated swimming pool, a poolside cafe, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and a firepit.



You'll find Sterling Breeze on the Gulf shores of Panama City Beach, a half-mile walk from more than 100 stores, restaurants, cinemas, and all sorts of entertainment at Pier Park. The property is also half a mile from excellent fishing at the Russell-Fields Pier, one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles from Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and four miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. If you're looking to get out into nature for the day, the shores of Powell Lake are eight miles northwest in Camp Helen State Park.

Guests must pay a $50 registration fee for parking and the use of amenities.

The property and room were in relatively good condition. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable. The beach was nice other than being right next to a storm water drain into the beach. We didn’t regret the stay, but would not choose it again.

Fall Break

The property was ok. The sunsets and beach were beautiful. Shuckums was excellent!! The property manager Vacasa was terrible. Our check in was not good their customer service was not good. We will never book with them again. Our dates were 10/9/24-10/14/24.

Great location but dirty condo!

We truly enjoyed Sterling Breeze but the condo we picked has some issues. When we got there it was dirty with hairs all over the place, found a wrapper in floor of bedroom, dusty furniture and dirty cabinets. I vacuumed up the furniture and cleaned enough that we could stay. Then we noticed it had a mold issue. Smell was really strong to the point we had to buy allergy meds. When we were out on the beach they called and told us they were at our door to clean it, no warning that they were coming! I refused because all of personal items were out wallet, devices etc. We never heard from them again.

Great location, good property. Handfull of little items need attention. Leaking faucet and light bulbs not working. Emailed about issues. Got reply 2 weeks after we got home. Road construction in front of garage was an eyesore.

Nice but a little dirty

Property is nice. Condo was kind of dirty. Needs a lot of repair gap under entry door., toilets were running, kitchen faucet was leaking, drain in bathtub would not stay open to drain tub.

This property was very clean and accessible. Will definitely come back.

Great experience. The facility was clean and the people were friendly. Vacasa staff checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Highly recommend. The beach was great.

Quick trip to the beach

The tornado that touched down Saturday morning didn’t dampen our plans. The condo was nice and cozy. Elevator wait time was a drag but overall enjoy the property. Had a great time at the beach and pool after the bad weather later in the day.

Summer vacation

Very nice unit well stocked. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Furniture comfortable in living room. Nice level...not too high... not to low. No complaints but here are Suggestions: keep rug at entry way sliding glass doors inside condo. We moved one there to catch sand from patio and it helped keep whole unit cleaner during stay. Bed in bedroom way to big for space. Because you have to reach in between the dresser and wall to turn on light...you tend to just turn on bathroom light. You have to be conscience and walk around the corner of the bed to avoid running into it. I literally walked into the corner of the bed about 6 times during our stay...my legs are bruised terrible. One might think "oh just walk around the bed" but because it's dark wood it's hard to see. Would be much better without footboard. That is really the only complaint or issue we had. Beautiful unit😊and enjoyed our stay minus the bruising! Thank you and will definitely come back!
