The Space:

Once you walk into your beachfront escape, you'll fall in love with the spacious floor plan directly overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. To the right is the bunk room featuring bunk beds, a closet, its own bathroom, and a washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and living room, which features an upgraded queen sleeper sofa and a 65-inch HDTV. Head out the doors to the private balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The gulf-front main bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55-inch HDTV, a private bathroom, and its own access to the balcony. HDTV service and free WiFi are provided.



You need only head two floors down to reach the white sand beach. A private locked room just outside the front door offers storage for all your beach gear and toys, and reservations between March and October come with complimentary beach service (dual padded lounge chairs and an umbrella). You'll have direct access to the amenities offered by the Tidewater Beach Resort, which include crystal-clear swimming pools (two outdoor and one heated indoor), hot tubs and a sauna for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness room to help you stay in shape, and a BBQ area equipped with charcoal grills! There is an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You'll also be located within a mile of Gulf World and within walking distance (0.6 miles) of Pier Park for eclectic shopping, dining, and family entertainment. Local dining favorites include Pompano Joe's, Buddy's Seafood Market, and The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Overall Great Property

Location was perfect. Easy access to Pier Park and multiple shopping centers. Second floor unit was great, never stepped on an elevator the first time. The room was clean and suited our family well. Overall it was a winner!

Perfect for our family of 5

Gorgeous views and wonderful amenities! The second floor was wonderful because it is on the same floor as the check in desk, so no elevators if you park on the second floor in the parking garage! (Which we did! ) It also made stair access super easy when the elevators had a line, so it was very convenient for everything we needed and wanted. Will definitely stay here again!

Even Better In Person!

Do not hesitate! This unit was amazing! The doors in the living area AND bedroom were amazing, the furniture has even had some updates since the photos. So clean! RIGHT on the beach and chairs are included. We were first and second row the entire time there. I did not want to leave.

Great condo!

This condo is very nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and the real test was the sleeper sofa. It was actually comfortable. I’ve slept on some and couldn’t make it through the week. This 2nd floor unit is on the same floor as the walkover parking deck and that’s a huge plus. The elevator waiting time is ridiculous. The resort is nice and there are plenty of amenities.

Panama City Beach vacation

The condo is on the 2nd level and easy to access from the walkover from the parking garage. Our condo was clean. Decor was cute. Plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glasses, etc. if you want to fix something to eat. Water pressure for showers was great and plenty of hot water. We ate dinner twice at Waves, the resort restaurant. The food was good. Quiet hours were enforced and that was very appreciated. My only negative- the sheets for the king size bed were too small and would not stay on. Overall, a good stay and we would book this condo again.

Highly recommend!

This condo has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need down to a spaghetti pot, cheeses grater and wine opener. There is a multi device charging station. There is a fully stocked beach storage area with chairs, umbrellas and all kinds of toys. We were so comfortable in this home and were ready to rebook. We were disappointed to find out February 2023 was already fully booked! PS… the best sunset view is from the balcony! Plan dinner after!

Great peoperty overall but needs a few upgrades

We LOVED staying on the second floor in this unit. However, the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, squeaky and flat along with the pillows. Flattest pillows I've ever had. Would also like to see a more substantial supply of blankets. Super thin in all areas of the condo. Overall, I would definitely stay in this unit again if I knew these modifications were made. It was incredibly clean, well designed and organized. :)
