The Space:

This beautiful beachfront condo puts you right in the heart of Gulf Shores, just over a half-mile west of Highway 59 and close to all the area's iconic attractions like The Hangout, Shrimp Fest, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Gulf State Park is less than two miles east, where you can ride bikes, take long walks, or launch your kayak for a morning paddle. Seven miles northeast is The Wharf in Orange Beach - a beloved one-stop spot for shopping, movies, entertainment, and dining. Enjoy sun-soaked leisure in the sparkling on-site pool when you're not enjoying the beach or exploring area attractions!



The townhome was recently updated and well-appointed for modern family comfort, with updated furnishings and essentials, including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The private balcony offers a comfortable spot for coffee or cocktails.

The property was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the pool was great! The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We didn't realize that the bedrooms would all be a floor above the living area. One of our group had a hard time with that, but that's okay. I just wish we had realized it earlier. It might have been in the description and I just missed it. The only problem was that the floors were sticky and we couldn't find a mop.

Trouble getting inside door not working properly. Toilet tank broke in master bathroom. I don’t understand how . It must have already had a crack.

Last minute booking, overall a great stay

A/C unit was very sluggish and the lower floor rooms were significantly hotter for most of the day. The view of the beach/water is almost non existent. Parking was tricky, especially for 2 larger suvs. For the price and last minute booking, definitely worth the trip. Location was great!

We had a great stay! This rental is super roomy with nice touches throughout. The only thing I would change would be the window treatments in the master bedroom. It lets too much light in during the early morning hours.

Vacasa

This property was managed by Vacasa and this being my 20 year at this property it was without question the worst experience. The Condo was very nice however the local Vacasa rep was AWFUL!! We were unable to get into our property until 4:45. The rep accused me of lying after I told her the cleaning crew arrived late and 3 additional workers were dispatched to speed up the cleaning process. She was looking at pictures on a PC while I’m on sight watching them go in to clean. Regardless of how nice or inexpensive my next property will be, if it is managed by Vacasa we will not be staying there.

My friends and I booked this place for a Spring getaway trip and were thoroughly pleased. The location, cleanliness of the place, and everything were perfect! Would recommend it in the future!

Space is great, but was not comfortable due to hvac and sheets.

Location and spacing/rooms are nice. No where in the listing did it mention stairs inside the condo, had an elder who had a hard time walking up and down the steep stairs. Also, HVAC is terribly messed up. We stayed in Feb and froze on the main level, and it was unbearably hot upstairs in the bedrooms. Tried to adjust the vents, but it did not help much. Sheets and towels were very rough too.
