Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m glad you enjoyed the view and quick beach access. I’m sorry the sofa was uncomfortable and that basic supplies (blankets, beach towels, kitchen staples) were not provided — that falls short of our standards. We’ll inspect the sofa for replacement or repair, restock essential linens and pantry basics, and address the appliance rust, peeling paint, and cabinet hardware. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve the property for future guests.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. We’re very sorry your stay fell short of expectations and for the odor on arrival, uncomfortable couch, appliance and washer issues, missing floor pieces, slow sink drain, cleanliness concerns, and the early knock/code change before checkout. We will have maintenance inspect and repair the fridge seal, appliances, washer, flooring and plumbing, and housekeeping will deep-clean the unit and assess the couch and storage solutions. We’ll also review checkout procedures with our team to prevent early entry and incorrect code timing. Thank you for the feedback — glad you enjoyed the view and bed.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. We’re sorry this stay fell short of expectations. We appreciate the specific feedback — we’ll address the floor and cleaning issues with housekeeping, add more hooks, repair the slow sink drain, and review the appliances and cabinets for needed updates. We’ll also investigate why the door locked early and correct the lock timing so future guests aren’t affected. We’ll use your comments to improve and hope to provide a better experience next time.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a rating and hope you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to hosting you again.
