The Space:

Lighthouse condos are known for their standard of quality and 1001 will not disappointment. From the moment you walk in the door you'll be greeted with a view of the sky and the sea that will take your breath away. A tastefully appointed corner unit, 1001 features floor to ceiling windows and gives the sensation of floating on air. The sumptuous master suite features it's own balcony access with a viewpoint of the sea, a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower and that's just getting started. Three bedrooms and three baths assure everyone can be ready to leave at the same time to enjoy the treasures below. The well appointed kitchen with stainless appliances makes breakfast fast and easy to allow more time to be devoted to the serious business of relaxation. And relax you will with an indoor pool, two outdoor pools and of course 300' of private beach at your feet. A side by side washer and dryer allows Dad to stay on top of the laundry and the Dishwasher will help him to get down to the beach to join the gang. You'll want for nothing while your here except maybe an extra day added to your stay, and we'll gladly help you with that as well.

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed our 5 weeks at the beach. Everything we needed was there. The king size bed has a lump in the middle of the mattress, which was uncomfortable. Great balcony furniture options!! Would stay here again for sure

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was hugh with plenty of places to sit, and the view was awesome. Would definitely rent this condo sgain.

Easy check in. Place was clean. Plenty of clean towels. Sheets in middle room wouldn’t stay on the bed though. It’s a thick mattress so they kept slipping off. Would recommend bringing extra blankets. But heater worked well. It was cold when we were there so there was large puddles of condensation on the floor by the sliders.

Spacious

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. The balcony was huge. It was only a 15 minute walk to The Hangout. A great location and beautiful clean beach and pool. Would stay here again.

Beautiful expansive views inside and out.Bedrooms with baths attached were perfect for us old ladies. Sufficient seating in living room, with some updating needed. Patio was huge with lots of seating. where is the switch for garbage disposal?

Softball tournament/vacation

The condo was very clean, comfortable and great location. The management made sure everything was good and if there were any issues. It was nice to have the beach right there and sitting on the balcony every night was so relaxing. There were lots of restaurants within 5 miles. You wont be disappointed

Great Property

Great experience! Unit was ready when and as expected. Love the large balcony and 2 ocean front suites with doors to the balcony. Appreciate that all three bedrooms have connected bath. Enjoyed open kitchen/living and dining area for meals. Close to east elevator and access to pool/beach.

Beautiful view and Condo

One of the best if not the best condo we stayed in. Beautiful views. 2 of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the balcony. Master bedroom and living room views are spectacular. Huge balcony with lots of outdoor furniture. Very clean. You will not be disappointed in this condo. We will try to book this one again if we go back to Gulf Shores next summer.

Outstanding Views

This corner unit has the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets on a beautiful beach. The location is unbeatable. The big wrap around balcony was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the view of the water. A pier is a short walk down the beach which was fun to walk out on ( 2 dollars per person). The property has a couple different pools which was great to jump into after a long day in the ocean. Loved staying here and the only thing I would suggest to them is updating the dinning furniture. Communication with the property manager was great and they checked with us right away to make sure everything was good at condo. highly recommend

Needs some updates…

The property was clean and comfortable. Stove needs to be upgraded, and having more than one spatula to use would have been helpful. Couches could’ve been more comfortable. They were rebuilding the beach the week we stayed, so constant noise 24/7. We still had a great time.

We were disappointed with the balcony furnishing, also chair in living area, did not like motion sensor light in small 3rd bedroom, and cleaning upon arrival was less than stellar.

Great place, some improvement with property would give it a 5

Condo was super, place was actually better than pics showed. Loved the huge balcony with variety of furniture. Seating was great, plenty for everyone! Only thing they could do to make the condo better would be to provide some beach towels and beach chairs/toys. Reason for 4 stars is related only to the condo/HOA. The lady who checked us in seemed like she'd rather be having a root canal than interacting with us. Pools are nice but no side tables and no umbrellas bring it down a point. Central elevator lobbies are great but the ones on each end are not air conditioned which is horrible because you are left in a glass sauna waiting for the one. Worst of all was that the first two nights we had people in unit above us yelling and screaming in middle of the night. The condo has postings about zero tolerance of bad behavior by guests so went to office to ask if they could help. Their answer was to call the police (could try security but they'd probably not answer because they are out on property is what we were told). I expected more help from them especially given the postings. Again, would not hesitate to rent the condo again but a few things could be improved to make it a 5.
