I will start off by saying the location was great. The condo needed some updates. The front bedroom, bed was terrible. I would have done better sleeping on the floor. The front bathroom need some touch up paint. The tub/shower needed a remodel as well. House keeping put the king size sheets from the master bedroom on there. When we arrived at 4 , which was check in time, the master bedroom, king size bed had not even been made. The floors were still sandy like they had never even been cleaned. The kitchen, dinning area was great, as well as living room. The balcony was small and didn’t need the big table with the 4 chairs. Once again the location was great. I did meeting someone while I was there, who rents out their condo. It was nice and a whole lot cheaper.

We appreciate your feedback, Stephanie, and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the great location of our condo. It sounds like you had some challenges with the front bedroom and bathroom, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the bed and the cleanliness upon your arrival. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we will address these concerns with our team to ensure a better experience for future guests. We’re happy to hear you liked the kitchen and dining area, as well as the living room. Your thoughts on the balcony setup are also valuable, and we’ll take them into consideration as we look to enhance our guests' experience. Thank you for sharing your insights, and we hope you find a place that meets your needs perfectly on your next visit to Gulf Shores.
