Communication with the hosts is a problem. Franco speaks very little English. The check-in was a challenge in terms of his explaining the property and answering questions. That meant communicating with his wife who spoke English. Sometimes she was not prompt in returning calls or email messages. She arranged transportation to the train station which was appreciated.

Hello Gordon. Thank you for your comments, we hope you enjoyed your stay. We note your comments regarding communication. While the owners do not always speak more than 1 or 2 languages, our international team is always available to help with communication. We truly hope this didn´t cause you too much bother. Your comments are valuable and will be used to further improve the service we offer. We hope to welcome you to a Bookiply property again in the future. Franco and the Bookiply Team.
