We arrived on the 28th as planned. Check in was a breeze. Arrived at room to find that the hot tub was not usable. The wiring was hanging down from behind the living room TV. The exterior of the balcony was filthy. After sending a message to the host the Hot Tub issue was fixed however this didn't happen until Saturday and it took the rest of the day for it to heat up. Wasn't usable until Sunday. Several people came up to work on the TV and after playing around with the remotes for awhile they managed to get the TV working for a short period of time. When they left the TV was working and the wires continued to be hanging out from behind and under the TV. After a few hours the TV lost signal again and we just gave up on it. The exterior issue was nothing more than high expectations and what I would consider a good clean environment for eating out on the balcony. It didn't give that I want to eat out on the balcony vibe. Over all the resort provided what it advertised. The actual condo was way below the luxury condo expectations and add in the cost of 3 day experience fell short of the I got my moneys worth. I will admit it could have just been bad luck and picked the wrong condo. Hope this helps someone not have the same experience. I can't say I would recommend to anyone.
