Third time to DI but first time to this beautiful home. Bayside and gulf views. About a 6 minute brisk walk to find the first gulf public access point. Backyard bay about a minute’s walk. The beaches that one can drive and pay 5.35 to park at are about a 2 minute drive. This house is nicely laid out and the cleaning team does a great job. All rooms of the house are beautiful and cared for. All appliances worked for us perfectly. All indoor and outdoor furniture was in excellent shape. WiFi wasn’t great but it did not affect our stay at all. Hot tub was clean but we didn’t use it. Fishing was decent at our bay side for small croakers, sail cats, pinfish and small drum. Loved our October stay. Only thing it needs is a little private pier and it would be really perfect. Was a great stay for our family of 6, plus our two small dogs had a blast.

Ashley, it sounds like your family and two pups made the most of that October stay, from fishing along the bay to enjoying both the bay and Gulf views. We’re glad the home felt well cared for and that everything worked smoothly. A private pier would certainly be a lovely addition, and we appreciate you sharing the idea. We’d be happy to welcome you all back to Dauphin Island.

Clean! Beautiful house! Would definitely rent again. My only complaint is that it look like it’s on the gulf side but it’s not. I was a little disappointed with that but it was awesome anyway. The bunk beds are a little squeaky too. Overall, it was a great place and I would go stay there again.
