It was a great stay and the host was excellent in communicating with us. We actually added 3 nights to our stay the hosts made that process extremely easy. Great people to work with and we will definitely stay with them again.

This property was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly and quick to communicate, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself was clean, quiet, and very spacious—perfect for relaxing. The location was also ideal, just 10–15 minutes from everywhere we needed. My family and I would absolutely book with them again!

The place was clean and new. Quick responses from host with questions. Easy location for uber /lyft to for pick up/drop off. There were not enough warm blankets, towels or wash clothes. kitchen - sparse on amenities ie: no spatula for breakfast , only 4 forks - not enough wine glasses for dinner. asked about keurig - there was not one there- recommend having one on site that is what most coffee drinkers use. The sofa bed is unbearable/ not able to sleep in it. way too hard. suggest a fold up memory foam or a new couch bed that is comfortable. There was not enough furniture to sit on in tv area suggest another comfy side chair - we had 4 people could not all sit in that area comfortably. not sure how to remedy but the traffic was easily heard all hours of the night and morning. not able to sleep well both rooms can hear traffic . i feel you should be very open and disclose this. very disappointing.

While the condo was clean, it was not a comfortable experience. One mattress still had the mattress cover (used for shipping/storing) on it under the sheets. Every time my daughter rolled over the crinkly sound woke her up. We inquired about removing it and never received an answer. (We ended up removing it.). The front bedroom is aligned with the streetlight, so be prepared for confusion on whether it’s day or night when you awake (maybe bring a sleep mask). The sheets kept popping off until we discovered the mattress protector was on upside down & fixed it. I wished for a couple of things…enough furniture for 4 guests to relax on in the living room after a long day out & about (The furniture is small and uncomfortable) and less sound travel throughout the condo due to nothing to absorb sound. This was the first time I have rented a VRBO house that was run by a company rather than a private owner. I will not likely do that again. (Though I did appreciate not having “To Do” notes everywhere like I’ve had in other homes.) It was odd, also, to find a note on the door indicating that we should have the alarm code ready when we were not given one. We were told, when we called, that the alarm isn’t set. Okay….we sure didn’t appreciate standing there in the dark with our luggage worrying about setting off an alarm. In short, fine place, just not relaxing or comfortable overall.
